The Hotel's staff is friendly and competent. The cleaning it is outstanding. We stayed four nights and they cleaned and changed bed sheets on a daily basis. On the plus side, the location is excellent, with several Metro lines that connect to the center. I can do but to recommend this place.
An amazing place to stay.. we stayed here for 3 nights and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place as it's clean and has a couple of good restaurants in it's vicinity..
Loved a week's stay, will prefer to stay in next visits as well. Staff is absolute courteous and helpful.
PROS: Great location near the metro! Great value. Very clean and very kind staff.
CONS: The room was very small but still with everything we needed. It was hot in the summer and noisy with Paris traffic outside.

I was more than happy with this hotel! The service was so helpful and attentive, the room was very clean, the cosmetics (gel, shampoo etc) in the bathroom smelled amazingly, it was all really great. I totally recommend it!
Super disappointed!! During our stay they were painting the walls, lift door, etc. The look and the smell of the hotel was a disaster but we did not complain even if they did not bother to inform us about this refurbishment and even if it was inconvenient for us as guests to have to smell such an awful smell and to stay in a dirty place. Unfortunately, we had an early flight and we forgot few clothes in the wardrobe. We immediately called the hotel and informed them about our belongings. For some reason, they couldn't confirm immediately that our clothes were there! After a few days, they confirmed that our clothes were found. After a month of phone calls, unanswered emails and promises that they will send these items to us, we were finally informed that our clothes were thrown away!! Very unprofessional. From the beginning their attitude showed that they were not interested in helping and taking care of their clients. I totally do not recommend anyone staying in this hotel.
You put customers into another hotels and you do not inform them about it in advance. After they arrive, they do not have other choice (it is not easy to find another hotel the same day, you know it and you rely on it). Customers are forced to stay in another place they did not choose by their own. You say it is the same category hotel but definitely it is not! You are not fair to your customers! The Head of Reception told us that it is normal, that you normally put customers into other places when you are full. What kind of behaviour is this?!
Staff was unfriendly from the get go. Place has no AC and if it's hot they won't even give you a fan. They turn you down by saying we are a two star hotel. They also will allow only two towels a day. Once we complained that someone had entered our room as the TV was switched on (we never even knew where the remote was). They responded saying they were technicians who came to fix it ..but we never said there was anything wrong with it! Worst was that I had to wait half a day before I could extend by another day due to. A change in my itenirary. Frustrated I moved to another hotel. Also they ask u to pay before u check in. Location is well connected.

Low rates. The hotel rooms are good enough if you're traveling alone or with a friend and if you're noot looking for a luxorious experience.
Great access to Paris underground, plus you can easily walk to most turistic attractions.
Finally, morning breakfast was enough for most needs.
