Grate location ! Very nice and polite administration. Affordable, the floor is not carpet. The elevator does not work, but we were on the second floor . 3 bed room was OK big for Paris standards. They cleaned the rooms every day.

-On arrival this place looks nothing like it's photos, it's very dirty and disgusting and cheap. -The bedroom door would not lock properly until I hoisted the door up- super worrying as a solo traveler -They preyed on me as a solo traveler. I left the hotel because ii did not feel like a safe environment. -They tried to scam me by saying 'police officers' were after me and they wanted to charge all UK travellers a $135 fee to leave the hotel or I am only allowed out for one hour per day. But this is not true for the rules in France (especially as i am fully vaccinated). They either have the help of corrupt police officers or fake police officers -Two men on the desk were very unhelpful, they are not proper staff this is more like a casual hostel. -I only stayed one night and did not stay for the rest of my trip - they said they would refund me for the remainder of my trip but have not responded to my messages or from *********** directly .They gave me a fake email address, and have not responded to any emails. Really awful- just avoid!!!

Hotel that I will not be able to rate because the reception refused my reservation taken online, and the incompetent receptionist is not able to check my reservation on his computer despite the email that I show him. Save your money don't set foot there

The winning part of this hotel has to be the location. Very easy to get to other parts of Paris with the Pigalle metro station a 5 min walk away and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Also a local supermarket. We were on the sixth floor and we told that the lift wasn't working on our arrival but would be in action the next day, it didn't work for the duration of our 4 day stay. The safe is our room also didn't work. The bedding was clean and we got fresh towels every day. The decor is in major need of an upgrade, with peeling paint and marked/chipped walls in the room. Also bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper as there was noise late each night from a local bar. The man who hosted reception every day was pleasant and helpful, free coffee available in the reception area. We were also able to leave our bags after checking out on our final day for no charge.

You get a pretty good bang for your buck at this budget hotel, especially considering you get breakfast. I ended up choosing this place so we could easily and comfortably walk to and from Moulin Rouge; what a great decision.

+ Great location near Motmart and Mulen Rouge!! Very friendly personal in this hotel. I feel myself like I return back to my old friends after COVID -19 restrictions.

The location is very good. And the room is what you pay for. The bad thing is that in our case, the shower was broken and there were some ants that came out of the hole. Also the elevator was broken. But we slept well and there are cool restaurants and places nearby.

I usually don't leave bad reviews because the price is in accordance with the service. But here it wasn't the case.
- Bed Bugs. I had the chance to have any in my room but my collegues had those in his bed with an SERINGUE on the floor.
- The water pressure is very low, and the pipes are smelling very bad in the bathroom.
- With this price, i was expecting at least a good breakfast. But we have only two limited croissant, a yoghurt, a cup of juice,... If you arrive EARLY enough, otherwise you there can be shortage.
- The place isn't like the photos. Old and beginning to be decadent (wallpaper falling,...). Everything is cramped, My bathroom door block sometimes with the toilet. I wasn't able to reduce the radiator heat because the controller was broken.

The neighborhood is amazing, but it's not worth your nights and money.

First off in the experience, the elevator was miniscule, once in our room we saw many stains on the wall, one looked like blood. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling. Bed was alright, it served it's purpose, pillows could have been much better. Room service made our bed every day while we were gone and greeted us anytime we saw them. The location was the redeeming quality, being so close to montmartre was really pleasant. There are plenty of good cafes and restaurants around and there aren't crouds in the area. There were quite a few crazies at night, woke us up more than a couple of times.
