The room was very spacious and well soundproofed; we couldn’t hear the metro at all once the windows were closed. However, the lights were a bit tricky. We had to insert the card and find the “perfect spot” for the lights to come on, which took 3–4 minutes each time we entered the room. The receptionist advised us to press the button when the small light came on, but the problem persisted. Since we were only staying one night, we didn’t follow up further.

Terrible hotel — completely unprofessional and unsafe.
We booked this as a 4-star hotel, but it’s actually only 3 stars. From the start, the receptionist (Arabic guy) was aggressive and rude, shouting at us for no reason when I tried to look for the bathroom while he was assisting other guests.
The cleaner was vacuuming loudly, and when my cousin politely asked for respect, both the receptionist and cleaner mocked us in French. We felt unsafe with our luxury watches and gold bracelet, especially after reading a review from another guest who had jewelry stolen.
The receptionist refused to check us in, kicked us out, and we had to book another hotel for €1,300, ruining our trip. Later, they even tried to demand extra money after Booking.com confirmed free cancellation and refund.
This hotel is noisy, unsafe, dishonest, and misrepresented online. The staff should never work in hospitality.
Avoid it — 1 star max.

- The Eiffel Tower is an easy 15-minute walk away.
- Fresh towels are provided daily.
- Air conditioning available.
- Numerous supermarkets and even a Korean restaurant can be found nearby.
- Felt very safe in the area.
- Offers a partial view of the Eiffel Tower's top.
- Good value for money.
Cons:
- The room was a bit on the small side.
- During our 5-night stay, complimentary bottled water was only replenished once upon arrival, even though daily housekeeping was consistently provided.
