Be aware that if you book this room for two people, you might get a double bed. Always double-check. For its price range, the facilities are a bit lacking compared to similar hotels. However, there are many amenities nearby, and it's quite close to the subway station.

We really enjoyed this little hotel for our stay. It is very budget friendly. They had a nice breakfast spread although we did not partake. It’s walking distance from the Pernety Metro stop so it was fairly easy to get around. The rooms are small with a tiny wardrobe so we had to live out of our suitcases instead of unpacking. The only big set back is that the HVAC system is connected for all the rooms so if one room wants the AC while others want the heater, you can’t have both. So we had to sleep with the window open and hope for no pigeons which thankfully did not become an issue. The staff was very nice and helpful.

We were told to pay extra tax Eur 44.24 to the hotel when we booked the hotel from Trip.com, but we paid to the hotel Eur 66.36 eventually when we reached to the hotel. We showed the proof of the amount that the Trip.com showed us when we booked the hotel, the hotel receptionist told us their charges would be different as showed from Trip.com.

The room was really tiny; I could barely open one large suitcase. There's a kettle, but the wall-mounted hairdryer is pretty useless, so I'd recommend bringing your own. The front desk staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English, making communication a breeze. Beyond that, though, there aren't many positives. It's about a seven to eight-minute walk to the nearest metro station, Pernety, and the residential area feels safe. The bed wasn't comfortable, the duvet was thin, and the overall space felt quite cramped.

Overall, the double room was quite spacious, though the bathroom felt rather chilly. There were stains on the bed linen and duvet, and the cleaning was not thorough.

If you can bare with the noises then it's a good place to stay. Breakfast is not that great but for the price it's acceptable. Good metro connection both from the airport and also to get the city.

It really good place for this price. Clean room. Nice staff. Good location near Gare Montparnasse. It was a little cool in room, but blankets were pretty :)
