First of all, the lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and the location is excellent. Room amenities are replenished daily, which is a nice touch.

The room size is reasonable, and cleanliness is very well maintained — great job to the housekeeping team.

One of the highlights is the gym, which offers a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower. The gym also has a coffee machine, which is quite unique and not something you see in many hotels around the world — a fun bonus!

I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent! The location is superb! Couldn't find a hotel for New Year's Eve 2026, and stumbled upon this one near the Arc de Triomphe – the price wasn't outrageous! Considering many hotels hike up their prices several times over during New Year's, this was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast here is incredibly rich and the dining area is spacious. The hotel itself is quite large, but the management and housekeeping are top-notch. The room was also very big. This was by far the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my time in France. It easily competes with five-star hotels. I booked a hotel over Christmas that cost over 15,000 for one night, and honestly, apart from a slightly better view, it really couldn't compare to this one. Highly recommend.

The location is great, near the Arc de Triomphe, just an 18-minute walk away. Both the metro and bus stations are very close by. The staff provided excellent service. The only downside was the lack of a coffee machine in the room.

Came to the hotel to attend conference at Palais de congress which is literally across the street from the hotel (less than 100 meters). So location was perfect for my needs. The hotel is also located very nearby to public transit - light rail, metro and such.
The hotel itself, while under renovations, was very good and I did not feel any disturbances from the renovations. Room was spacious and clean with a nice desk to work from. The bathroom was a little challenging as the bathtub in the room was VERY high and required effort to get in and out. So ask for a room with a shower instead of bathtub if available because this can be an accessibility issue if that is important to you.
Breakfast at the hotel is nice and varied.
Also - the Wi-Fi at the hotel while perfectly serviceable for basic use cases, was a little bit slow for my business use case which required transferring some heavy files and so that took longer than I expected. But for basic emails, facetime calls, social media and such it was fine (around 10mbps up and down).
The Bar and Lounge was also very good - with a nice selection of drinks and food to help you wind down after a long day at the conference.
Service at the hotel was amazing - any time I had a question or needed help, staff was always happy to assist and always resolved all issues to my satisfaction.
So all in all I highly recommend this hotel - especially if you have an event to attend at the nearby Palais de congress venue.

It’s basically quite good, but the renovation was done a bit early, and the room facilities aren’t very modern.

Excellent location and staff. But the room is falling apart especially the washroom, poorly maintained, dirty towels….. lot of facilities are broken.

Great location, close to Arc, easy to get around, lack of amenities but can obtain from reception.
Missing USB or Type C charging dock.
Urban twin looks big from website image actual size not that big.
