XO Hotel Paris in Paris

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Nice rooms in a great location of Paris. The rooms very clean and tidy, might be small compared to other places but that’s expected in Paris. Breakfast was very nice. Overall a nice hotel that I would definitely stay in again.

Very good hotel and my stay in Paris was very comfortable.

Had a truly wonderful and comfortable stay. The room is top class, good amenities, flat screen TV with many channels, bed is luxurious with lots of pillows. The sheets are crisp and clean. Good shower and bathroom. This hotel has airconditioning that really works. When you adjust the temperature, it gets to what you want. The breakfast has a delicious spread of pastries, bread, warm and cold selections. Nice, fragrant coffee, self-serviced from the coffee maker. Professional staff! Covid-aware environment and masks are required in the common areas.

Mr Thibault was incredible. Very professional and compassionate. He understood we had difficulties during our travels here and found a room available for check-in prior to the expected 15:00 check in.

Really nice clean and comfortable hotel. The rooms are well appointed and the breakfast was great. They messed up our room request (asked for joining rooms and they were just next to each other, not great with children) else it would be 5 stars

Great boutique hotel that is in a quiet area of Paris, yet surpringly close to all the main attractions (Arch and Eiffel)
Hotel facilities are not your standard chain hotel, but do offer a decent breakfasts, served three ways, which was brilliant.
Check in and out was simple and easy, and the staff polite. The rooms are small, or as I'm told, standard Parisian size. But well appointed and spotless!
Will definitely stay again when in town!

The XO is a fine hotel. Clean, excellent rooms with spacious beds and a huge television. Wifi is ok for Parisian standards as is the size of the room.
Breakfast is good as well.

Close to Arc du Triomph. Near to multiple metro stations. Very nice decor and excellent staff. Good restaurants nearby. Rooms quiet and comfortable. Good quality buffet breakfast.
