Absolutely wonderful stay at XO Hotel Paris!
Everything about this hotel was fantastic, but the real highlight was the reception staff. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Always smiling, always helpful, and truly made me feel at home.
The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a great location — but it’s the human touch at the reception desk that makes XO Hotel stand out. Their professionalism combined with warmth is rare and deeply appreciated.
A huge thank you to the reception team for such a lovely experience. I would 100% return and warmly recommend XO Hotel Paris to anyone visiting the city.

Breakfast is great and costs 21 euros per person if you don't pre order.
Service is decent, rooms are nice and clean enough.
The bed was very large and comfortable.
Lovely atmosphere and great(!) location. Close to 2 different metro lines, about 15 minutes walk from Arc The Triumph on Champs Elysses.

We stayed at XO Hotel Paris with a group of 26 people, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.

We had a really great stay here — it’s a proper, solid four-star hotel. The rooms are cozy and spotless, and compared to many hotels in Paris, they are surprisingly spacious. The interior is beautiful, stylish, and warm, with a large bathroom, which felt like a real treat.
The neighborhood is surrounded by plenty of little restaurants, boutiques, and shops — everything you might need is just around the corner. The location itself is in the 18th arrondissement, so while it’s not the most central if you prefer walking everywhere, you can always get a taxi.
Another lovely detail: downstairs, you can enjoy Nespresso coffee and a variety of quality teas at any time, which made the stay feel extra comfortable.
We stayed during a busy fashion week in Paris, and the price was very fair for what we got — overall, truly great value for the price. Highly recommend.

We booked Hotel XO in Paris through Booking, and everything went perfectly from start to finish. We arrived well before the official check-in time, but the process was smooth. We were able to check in early, leave our luggage at reception, and were clearly informed when our rooms would be ready.

What impressed me most was that the room matched the photos exactly, quite rare in central Paris. The bed was wide and comfortable (around 1.8m), the bathroom was spacious, and all the promised facilities were there with no hidden surprises.

The staff was outstanding throughout our stay. When we asked about water in the room, they kindly offered us bottled water for free instead of selling it. Our luggage was even delivered directly to the room, which was a thoughtful touch.

For the price we paid, the value was excellent, especially compared to what you usually get in other European capitals for the same rate. I can wholeheartedly recommend Hotel XO and will gladly return on my next visit to Paris.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Nice rooms in a great location of Paris. The rooms very clean and tidy, might be small compared to other places but that’s expected in Paris. Breakfast was very nice. Overall a nice hotel that I would definitely stay in again.

Had a truly wonderful and comfortable stay. The room is top class, good amenities, flat screen TV with many channels, bed is luxurious with lots of pillows. The sheets are crisp and clean. Good shower and bathroom. This hotel has airconditioning that really works. When you adjust the temperature, it gets to what you want. The breakfast has a delicious spread of pastries, bread, warm and cold selections. Nice, fragrant coffee, self-serviced from the coffee maker. Professional staff! Covid-aware environment and masks are required in the common areas.

Mr Thibault was incredible. Very professional and compassionate. He understood we had difficulties during our travels here and found a room available for check-in prior to the expected 15:00 check in.

Really nice clean and comfortable hotel. The rooms are well appointed and the breakfast was great. They messed up our room request (asked for joining rooms and they were just next to each other, not great with children) else it would be 5 stars
