Although it’s located in Area 18, safety is much better than expected. Staff are friendly and responsive.

The hotel is nice located near to subway, which directly leads to gare du Nord.
Breakfast is nice and quite good choice.
Hotel staff speaks quite ok English

Location was good easy to catchups everything, close to metro station, staff was nice, room so clean, but housekeeping not be a good response during we sleep we put the cards ( do not disturb) she open the door directly the room as I got are not keep the noise, I can heard people talked from my next room all the night

This was our third stay here. For us, the location is perfect; everything is easily accessible by metro, which stops right next to the hotel. It was a shame that the machine for coding the room cards was broken, so we always had to ask someone to come up with us to open our door. Although this was handled smoothly, it still felt a bit awkward to constantly ask someone to open the door for us. Breakfast was basic, but tasty and fresh.

The room is quite small, but the location is very convenient.

It's very close to the metro station, only a 5-minute walk away, but the area isn't very nice; the streets are dirty and the security isn't great. I wouldn't dare go out alone at night. I won't stay here again next time I'm in Paris.

Everything was perfect, clean hotel, rooms cleaned daily, location excellent since there is metro line 4 in minute from hotel, with good connection throughout the city.
And what a breakfast, original, fresh, good choice and homemade.
Staff very friendly and helpful. I didnt feel unsafe at night at the area, its always busy and lot of people around.
I would definitely go back and i will recommend this hotel to my friend and family.

Far from Eiffel but close to the metro station. However, you still need to transfer to another metro to go to Eiffel. The hotel is clean and adequate for accommodation. There is everything you need around it. Market, pharmacy etc.
