Family of 3 including a 2 year old travelled to Paris for a 3 day trip. We stayed at Jeff Hotel and I must say it was better than expected. Small but clean room. We got a cot put into the room so we all fit in perfect. Very local to both the Eurostar train station and the touristic venues. Everywere is the most 1 hour walk away which was fine as you see alot of sights inbetween each stop.
Lift is tiny so walking up the stairs was okay for us but if you can’t then it will be difficult. Both day and night receptionists were very nice and helpful. we had breakfast included which was good quality. Definitely would stay agaib if back in Paris.

Not recommended. The advantages are relatively convenient transportation, plenty of restaurants nearby, and friendly staff. However, the hotel itself is extremely outdated, cramped, and the elevator is tiny—it can only fit one or two suitcases, making it difficult for people to get in. The staircases are also narrow. There's mold on the walls in the corridors and rooms. The room windows are old-fashioned, don't close properly, and are single-pane; the noise from the street below, including cars and people drinking, is almost constant throughout the night. The bedsheets are old and have several holes, and the pillows are just two worn-out cushions. There were also two power outages during my stay.

Good localisation and good quality for affirdable price. Perfect for us

The rooms need renovation. When the window was closed, the room smelled awfully musty or something.
The elevator was terribly small, only suitable for one person.
The location is excellent.

Excellent location, clean and pleasant.
The receptionists were very attentive and helped us with everything.

Well, I guess that's about right.
There is a dedicated elevator for luggage, so it's no problem even if you have heavy luggage.
The shower door is loose, so the toilet area gets wet, and there is no air conditioning, so you need to use a fan and open the window, but taking that into consideration, there were no problems.

This was our most expensive (though not by a huge margin) stay in Paris, and we were very disappointed. For the price, the room was extremely basic - literally nothing beyond a bed and a wall. The lack of air conditioning in the summer was a major problem, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Additionally, the hotel is in a very crowded and noisy area; we could hear people partying in the streets all night long. Would not recommend for the price or for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay.

The hotel is very good value for money, very clean, and the staff speaks fluent English and is polite. We recommend it.

21.07.2025 Guest

It's far from the Eiffel Tower and around 15 Euros. Uber costs around 15 Euros. The elevator is empty, you might not even be able to fit in a single bag. Room cleaning is good. The staff, I mean, they answer when you ask about something but they are not solution oriented. I mean, when we ask for bread, they say it's finished or we say check-in time is 14.00 and if the room is ready, will you pick us up? No. When you get in, stand up, blessed 😊 Breakfast is okay, ready-made boxed products, honey, cheese, chocolate and a croissant.

You have the basic things for the stay , great location with some bars, restaurants and metro nearby. Therefore, a bit of noise at night but okay. Lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful.
