Amazing Hotel located in Pigalle minutes away from the metro that is super easy to use! Staff and reception really helpful. Breakfast was decent, maybe a little more variety if I was being picky. Maps located at reception were really well detailed with details of the metro available and clearly shown landmarks. Hotel room itself was clean and tidy- maybe try and get a room away from the elevator as you can hear it through the night. Apart from that, an amazing experience in Paris and I'll soon come back again for sure 🇲🇫

Overall, the hotel is good, with a good breakfast. It's located very close to Montmartre, the Moulin Rouge, and the subway. There are many restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. Highly recommended!

The property was in a good location. When we checked in, the staff asked us if we smoke, and gave us a balcony when we said that we do. That’s all from pluses unfortunetly.
There were some renovations going on in the cafe next doors, and you could hear everything from 9 am. The hotel is no soundproof at all. Breakfast is a scam. It is until 10am, at 9, there was literally no food. When we complained, we heard it's not there fault, because some guy didn't do the shopping. I don't care if someone didn't do their job- I payed for a breakfast, I expect it. Someone went to buy some croissants and baguettes, but it was all. Very bad breakfast.
Choose some other hotel, this one should not use „ibis” name.

I booked two rooms for one night on Ctrip, but when I got to the front desk, they told me they only had one. I contacted Ctrip's human customer service, but the AI customer service was busy and gave me a lot of nonsense. After more than half an hour of frustration, the front desk said they had found another one. It felt like I had no way to complain, and it was incredibly frustrating.

Located in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, it's conveniently located near restaurants and bars. The rooms are small and the amenities are basic. Breakfast is just bread, milk, and eggs—very basic. This hotel's prices fluctuate greatly, so book early, as you can cancel.

Amazing, kind and helpful staff ATB this hotel. The receptionist Basyt and la femme de chambre Annick, were ai kind and helpful throughout our stay. This is a simple hotel with top notch service thanks to them.

Avoid at all cost. The worst service and by far the rudest staff I have ever experienced! Such a shame stayed in many of these hotels but will never be back!! Reception 9pm 30/03/2025
