The room isn't huge, but it's neat and clean. The hotel's location feels safe, and while it's not super close to the Eiffel Tower or the Louvre, an Uber ride isn't too far. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. I lost my room card and they reissued two for me. The room was cleaned meticulously every day, and they even tidied up loose change onto the table for me. It's a five-minute walk from the subway station, and there are tons of supermarkets, restaurants, and fast-food places downstairs, which is incredibly convenient.

It's great that there's a water dispenser right by the elevator on each floor, and the transportation is convenient. Overall, it feels very safe. Decent hotel, clean and new for convenience to Gare du Nord

The hotel's location is great, very close to Paris Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord, and it's surprisingly quiet despite that. However, the surrounding area feels a bit sketchy, and there's a lot of construction going on, making the exterior of the hotel look untidy. Inside, though, the hotel and rooms are quite clean.

This was the 4th hotel I stayed at in Paris this trip, and it was the most comfortable and best. I was so curious about the architecture because it's right next to the train station, yet there's absolutely no train noise, and it has great facilities. The price was reasonable too. Mandarin Oriental, always my top choice and a brand I adore. I landed early in the morning and my room wasn't ready yet, so I headed to the breakfast restaurant. I figured I'd have to pay since I hadn't checked in, but they waived the charge! It wasn't a huge amount, but it was such a thoughtful and warm gesture. The service is truly impeccable and heartwarming. So grateful!

My stay was amazing at the Mandarin Oriental, the rooms are spacious and kept very clean. At night the rooms are very quiet , you would almost forget you are in a busy city like Paris. The location is great for restaurants & amazing shopping, and is very safe to walk at night , the soap , shampoo & body wash smells amazing as well.

Staying with them for the second time this year. Location of the of hotel is excellent, however the facing of the room is important and try to ask for higher floors.
