When I entered my room, I was amazed to see the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. The breakfast was so delicious that I ate way too much every morning. The staff were very cheerful and helpful. The only thing that bothered me was the very weak water pressure in the shower, which was stressful. However, the location was great and there were many restaurants nearby, so I was very satisfied.

I stayed here for 10 nights. Very nice hotel, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast buffet, welcoming and helpful staff. My single room had a double bed, desk, fridge/minibar, and small divan. It was quite spacious compared to many hotel rooms in Paris. Excellent lighting, in fact, the best I have ever had in a hotel. I stayed here in 1994 and would certainly stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel and we truly enjoyed our staying. The stuff is helpful and communicating, very clean and the location is right across the metro and bus station which makes your transportation in the city easier. The only minus is that the boufeè was kinda "petite" but despite that everything was great!

The location is very convenient and close to the Orsay. I confirmed the email before check-in and hoped to be arranged a room with a better view. As a result, I was given a room at the back. When I opened the curtains, I could see the equipment and trash cans at the back of the hotel. As a result, I didn't open the curtains during the four days of my stay.

I really recommend this hotel. It has a great location near the Louvre and is very convenient for travel. It is also very cheap among the five-star hotels in Paris. The room is very large, with one bedroom and one living room. The room quality is in no way inferior to a five-star hotel that costs ten thousand per night. I am very satisfied and regret not booking a few more nights.

I want to give them 4 stars for location because our original hotel canceled our reservation and moved us here(you can take the reservation, you just can't keep the reservation). Admittedly, not their fault, but it did put us further away from where we needed to be. The Louvre, however, is literally right there.

I had a great experience at this hotel, the staff was super attentive to all my requests. I was lucky enough to meet the F&B Director, Cloe, and she took the time to serve me exactly what I wanted — a good tequila — after a long day of exhausting shopping. My personal favorite due to size and location. It has one of the best restaurants in Paris. Unfortunately, it would require some fresh up, but I understood that a revamp is scheduled. We stayed in the Eiffel Suite and it was amazing. So much space, a well equipped room with wet bar, coffee etc. The whole stay was perfection. The hotel is beautiful it is located at the heart of Paris. Metros is very accessible with restos and convenient stores nearby. Highliy recommendable. And the staff are very approachable. We have unlimited coffee and water despite we didnot opt for a breakfast.

Aside from the hotel's excellent location, the room service and value for money are actually just average. Also, the first time I stayed here, I booked a room through a foreign website, and the room I got was obviously better. This time, the room I booked was not only more expensive but also not particularly good. This hotel is not high up, so you can't expect to see any great views.

What a wonderful hotel and spa! From the moment you arrive, you are taken care of by professional, attentive staff. The lobby and bar exude a rich wonderful Parisienne scent. The restaurants offer the most delicious coffee and eggs you have ever tasted and the spa an oasis in the center of Paris.

The rooms are very small. The only plus is the location.

Overall, this hotel is quite good for Paris, especially the staff – everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient. However, there were a few issues: the Deluxe room (which we booked) was quite small for a five-star hotel (advertised as 20m², but actually smaller – see photos). There was a garment steamer in the room, but we couldn't find a hairdryer. While shower...

First time staying here, and overall I'm quite satisfied.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. I was only there for one night as this was a stop over for my travel to Nice, France. However, myself and my sibling had the best room, with the most draw dropping view of the Eiffel. The indoor pool on the lower level was also a bonus as Paris was experiencing a heat wave. It was the perfect amenity to relax in during the hot weather. Would definitely recommend...

The dust is still there They didn't take the water glasses that were finished drinking.. They threw away the soap bubble net that was on the sink If you think something is missing, it's under the bed, but it seems like they dropped it and didn't pick it up. There's a lot of dust here Still, the staff is friendly, but the cleaning noise is really loud You can never see the Eiffel Tower from the room...

The room is a bit small, but that's the same as in all European hotels. Instead, the soft bedding and the view you see as soon as you step out of the building make up for it. The staff are very friendly.

The room is nice and clean with a nice view. The front desk persons speak good English and are very helpful.
