The room was very clean, and the hotel was located right across from the metro and tram stations, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in guiding us. The breakfast was average, and the menu was the same every day.

The room size for City Centre and very near to train station was very good as usually they are quite small. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was quite good and plentiful. The only thing that was poor was my bathroom sink would not drain. I did inform reception but as I was only there one night maybe they did not have the time to fix.

This was the perfect accommodation for a short sight-seeing trip. The rooms are relatively small, but they're clean and they have everything you need, when you plan to be out all day. Walk-in showers are good for access (no need to climb in and out of a bath); the air conditioning works; the bed is comfortable. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord, so no need to struggle with suitcases...

The ambiance is really exquisite, you can tell it's been thoughtfully designed, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, it's great, and the music they play in the store is also very nice, putting me in a fantastic mood! The location is easy to find; you can spot the large logo right away. Its standout feature is an excellent location, directly opposite the Louvre's entrance. There's a McDonald's and Starbucks downstairs, along with many restaurants nearby. The room itself is well-equipped, and the high ceilings make the space feel quite spacious.

The hotel's front desk service was warm and attentive, and the location was excellent. The dining environment was quite unique, but the breakfast was just average.

A modern 5-star hotel is indeed like a presidential palace worthy of their reputation. The service of all staff is very intimate with each other, customer satisfaction is number 1 in this hotel, the rooms are large, luxurious and clean, the swimming pool is also clean, the food is also delicious.

It's OK but not worth the price. Overall, it's not as good as Bulgari in Beijing. The most outrageous thing is that they gave us a disabled room. We are obviously energetic guys. Xiaohongshu says that disabled rooms discriminate against Chinese people. But they also gave us an explanation, which is not very acceptable.

Superb hotel in a very quiet area, overlooking the Canal de la Villette. Very clean, excellent bedding. The room had enough space for two adults and one teenager. The only downside was the heating, which couldn't be adjusted, and at 26 degrees Celsius in a room, it was far too hot (we slept with the window open). Breakfast and budget are OK , but the facilities need renovation. In the room for two we had only one chair (?). The other guest must either stand or be able to use the bed.. We demanded that they add another one, but that didn't happen. They also didn't change the bed linen for several days, even though it was stained. They just turned it over? Room was clean and well presented, with two balcony doors making the room feel larger. Concierge was lovely, attentive and kind - although I paid €35 for some very small happy birthday balloons. Finding a hotel in central Paris at this price is a rare gem, especially with real estate being so expensive here. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the metro station, and the area around the hotel feels very safe. The room was a bit small, but perfectly fine for one person.

This time, I booked a plan with breakfast included. In Paris, where prices are high, this was a very welcome plan, and the breakfast itself was wonderful.
