The service exceeded my expectations!
It was my husband's birthday, and the hotel specially decorated the room with balloons, birthday wishes, some champagne, and a cake!
They helped with parking and gave us bottled water and chewing gum before we left!
This hotel perfectly embodies "understated luxury" and "restrained attentiveness."
Ambiance: The design seamlessly blends local culture with modern art, making it feel like staying in a boutique art museum. From the carefully selected furniture to the displayed artworks, everything is incredibly tasteful. The guest rooms are spacious and well-laid out, with walk-in closets and marble bathrooms that...
The location is great, but prices were quite high due to the National Day holiday coinciding with Fashion Week.
The service was exceptional. We casually mentioned the noise in the courtyard to the restaurant staff, and the young woman immediately contacted the front desk. They promptly changed our room, showing great consideration for our guests' comfort.
The hotel is beyond gorgeous. The valet service is awesome 👌 👏 👍 Top tier.
The Restaurant Jardin D'hiver however was a bit of let down.. The food were "Meh" the burger was utterly dry and the fries were just there as a decor. No taste too cooked.. The champagne was delicious. The grilled cheese caviar was a delight . The salad can't remember the name was awfullllll.. The ambiance in general was okay...
I would like to thank Lisa for her exceptional service and professionalism. She was very kind and helpful, and her positive attitude made my stay even better. Thank you, Lisa
We visited the hotel during our last visit to Paris to try their desserts !
A truly exceptional experience, we sat in the lounge that was very luxurious with a beautiful decor .
We took rooibos tea and chamomile tea along with a dessert Mille Feuille ! That was beyond delicious! The best I have ever tasted in Paris 👏

The room was very good, but the cleaning staff took something I left on the table. I recommend putting away all your belongings, valuable or not, before heading out.
Excellent hotel! The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the hotel was very clean. The gentleman at the front desk was super nice. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Palace of Versailles.
Special thanks to the Trip.com customer service agent who was incredibly proactive and enthusiastic in helping me resolve an issue with the hotel.
The staff provided excellent service, I highly recommend them. However, there was an issue with the air conditioning.
The location is super convenient, really close to the Palace of Versailles, and the surroundings are very peaceful. Overall, it's a comfortable hotel with high standards. I was on a business trip this time, so it felt a bit far from the city center for me. However, if you're bringing family for a vacation, it would be an excellent choice. The breakfast was also good and quite extensive, I was very...
Staff was excellent. Hotel was clean and contemporary. Exceeded expectations.
A charming French-style hotel near the Palace of Versailles. Being part of a global hotel chain, it boasts high standardization. The facilities, hygiene, and breakfast all met expectations. Very good.

Good location, good room size. Walking distance from a bridge with a great view of the Eiffel Tower.
The hotel itself was really nice the food and small buffet was really tasty . The room was beautiful and spacious very nice and big . However when we went in there was a foul smell when we went in the ac was playing up and was releasing a smell, we asked for it to be fixed but was told they cant till tomorrow which was pointless for us for one night so we told them to turn it off atleast as it wouldn...
Very clean, and super convenient for getting around. Downstairs there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, and bus #72 is just around the corner.
Room and bathroom: On the smaller side. Location: Not far from the Seine River, with a supermarket right outside and a bus stop a few minutes' walk away. Gym: Small and enclosed. Breakfast: The same every day, but you can boil your own eggs.
Not a 4star hotel by standards I am sure of that they don’t have basic things that a 3 star hotel should have like toothbrushes for guest there were stains in the carpet the air conditioning not working and the reception staff were not welcoming enough it felt like they were just waiting to finish their shifts ….. location wise nice place to be around and rooms are quite spacious as well

No bathtub. The light switch in the room didn't work. The smart toilet was also broken. Didn't feel like a 5-star hotel standard at all.
The location is fantastic, right next to the train station. It's very close to Printemps and Galeries Lafayette, and you can easily walk to the Champs-Élysées, Place de la Concorde, Arc de Triomphe, and Opéra. Plus, there are plenty of supermarkets and coffee shops downstairs!
A five-star hotel at a lower price point, but it really didn't live up to the standard. I guess you get what you pay for.
I had an amazing stay at Maison Albar Le Diamond Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel offers an excellent value for money—luxurious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable.

Great location near Gare Saint Lazare with easy access to the metro. Really comfortable bed and clean and stylish room and bathroom. Friendly, helpful bi lingual staff. Would stay again.
Maison Albar Le Diamond is a beautiful and good-value boutique hotel located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris — a central and convenient area, though not the quietest. The place was easy and accessible, it was sometimes hard to find a staff member but the hotel it was attatched to helped us a lot when we couldn't find them. Other than that the stay was reasonable for the price we paid.
Hotel close to the metro, very pleasant welcome!
Decent, careful not to go to the wrong checkin desk
We stayed here in July. It was a great hotel, clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very small. I wouldn’t stay here again but for the price I can’t moan.

Everything was so smooth and the place is close to major shopping centre, close to metro ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It was a nice stay. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK.
The value for money is decent; what do you expect for a thousand bucks?
Location is great, room was okay sized for a hotel in Paris, but the sink in the bathroom and the bath tub were both very clogged and took ages to drain the water. And we were informed by the receptionist that guests would need to pay extra (about €60-70) for the spa facilities which we didn’t expect based on the name of the hotel. Definitely not worth the value.
Hotel is clean; location is convenient and service staff is attentive
The hotel location is superb convenient, with walking distance to the Printemps shopping mall and Galeries Lafayette shopping mall. There are a few metro stations nearby, which are Auber station and Opera station. The Roissy Bus station (bus direct to the CDG airport) is also within 200meter from the hotel. Very great hotel and nice staffs ❤️
Great hotel and good location. A luxury hotel of its class and I was glad I had chosen it for my first trip to Paris with 2 young kids.

Thank you and looking forward to be back in Paris again.

I really loved the Hotel Le Clef,
Unfortunately several issues arose with the stay.
Early check in I requested .. They had a room ready and available but would not put me in the room until after my sister and I got lunch .. and came back 2 hours later pleading with them that we flew all night and were really tired.
Another manager decided to check us in at around 2 pm instead of 3 pm.

Returning from Northern Europe, I once again stayed at Ascott The Residence Champs-Élysées. The service was excellent, and the location was superb. Unfortunately, the on-site Imperial Treasure Chinese Restaurant had temporarily suspended its lunch and dinner service for a period, which was a bit disappointing.
Excellent location, the room was very nice and my family had enjoyed the stay very much even thought we've only spent two nights there.

Simple hotel with a good breakfast. Friendly staff. Excellent place to stay for a week in Paris.
The room is relatively small; it's a bit cramped for two people. There's no hairdryer available; you'll need to go downstairs to borrow one.
A good budget hotel. Decent breakfasts for €10, considering that there aren’t many breakfast spots within a 3 km radius. Daily cleaning, fresh bed linen and towels every day. Close to the metro and tram stops.
The name says it all, it really is a budget ibis. The rooms are fine based on the price for them, the pillows are very soft, so keep in mind if you want a stiff pillow. The breakfast itself can be better, but the staff are incredible and very kind. Basically you get what you paid for.
It's near a metro station 4, so it's easily connectable to the whole of Paris.
had a room for 2 people with a bunkbed.. so could sleep a kid as well.
Breakfast was ok but basic. Service was friendly. Good location since near the station of Port D'orleans.
Please, when booking this place, consider the 'Budget' aspect of the brand. This part alone defined my experience.
One night, I woke up, clutching at my chest, fanning myself as I experienced what one could describe as drowning in my own sweat. I felt my shirt cling to my skin as my half-asleep body struggled to comprehend the situation at hand. If you don't know what the placebo effect is, now is...

And most of the places for shopping are around
Staff professional
Definitely not my first stay and not the last
Excellent location. Nice view from the window. 20 minutes by foot to Louvre and Sacre Coeur. Metro station is very close. Very noisy in the mornings because of ongoing hotel's renovation (heavy drilling).
I stayed at other hotels under the NH group before so I was expecting pretty much the same standard as the one I stayed at. Apart from the location the hotel in general is pretty bad. The shower in our room had very slow water pressure, tried to use the phone in the room to call the reception phone not working! Had to go all the way down to front desk. They said needed to reboot the boiler or something...
I wanted the room at higher floor and have a special requested it as i want to have a nice balcony view. As when I check-in , i was informed that that’s the only available room and i was put in the corner which I dun have a nice view with balcony.
And the room is a little too small as we don’t have space to open the big luggage. Other than that staff are kind.

Built in 1810, this house has a wonderful, historic charm.
The hotel is quite close to the Orden metro station, but you have to walk up a narrow, uphill sidewalk to get there. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped with kitchen appliances like a microwave, induction hob, and dishwasher, plus an ironing board, making it perfect for self-catering. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, and three metro lines are right on the doorstep. The Eiffel Tower is just a kilometer's walk away, making it ideal for a short stay.
The facilities are pretty basic and a bit old, but there's a kitchen. It looks a little different from the pictures.
The hotel is great, service is good, location is also good, and the rooms are quite spacious. Excellent value for money, full marks!
The environment is okay, and the location is good, but it's very noisy. You definitely won't be able to sleep without earplugs. Also, every time the subway passes by, you can feel the vibrations. I don't recommend staying right next to a subway station.
Loved my stay here and there’s a kitchenette for cooking! Just the metro sound a bit loud but if you’re okay with that noise for one to two minutes then it’s fine :)
The hotel is located near the Eiffel Tower, and my second-floor room had a view of the spire. I imagine the night views from higher floors must be amazing. The hotel breakfast is quite basic, so I'd recommend eating out; there are plenty of restaurants and bakeries nearby.

Good hotel, stayed with my family for vacation for 3 nights. Clean rooms, fantastic service and although the breakfast menu is predictable, the croissants are simply amazing. No lunch and dinner as they do not have a in house restaurant but there are plenty of restaurants outside within a KM. Overall the experience was good for a hotel in this area and I would come back. Bon chance!
This hotel is in a nice neighborhood, the 17th Arrondissement. It is modern and very clean. Our rooms were large and very nice. Perfect location to walk or visit all the sites in Paris!
I almost felt like not leaving review for a good reason (less demand then). Note it's executive room,... like the design, modern, ...pillow quality (sleep is important, foam but decent), shower, felt like home home in FL, spacious enough, rain shower, l'occitaine shampoo instead of cheap brands, and bath robes! I loved staying at this hotel. I did not expect how high class and modern this hotel is. The staff are lovely and helped me quite a bit. Any request we had, it was met instantly. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. A breakfast (just a cup of black tea, a glass of juice, and three pieces of bread) took 45 minutes to arrive, and it was almost the end of breakfast time! It's absolutely ridiculous!
I checked out a day early. No one answered the hotel phone. I tried to communicate with Ctrip but to no avail. In the end, I had to pay the full amount. I will choose a new hotel next time I go to France to attend an exhibition.
Located in the city center, it has a rare sense of security
The room window faces outside. It was New Year's Day and it was quite noisy at night, with the sound of motorcycle engines. The automatic curtains were not smooth.
The service was five-star, and the luggage pick-up was very worry-free.

We had a wonderful long weekend staying at Terrass Hotel. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, from the staff at reception to the restaurant and bar staff, as well as the room cleaning team. Everyone went out of their way to help us, all with a smile on their faces.
The rooms were really good as well, all very clean and the beds very comfortable. And the location meant it was really easy...
Staff recognized us every time we came in. The restaurant was the biggest plus for breakfast, mourning coffee, cocktails and dinner with the best view in all Paris. Rooms were good size for Paris. They can arrange transfers to and from airport. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Plus u can walk to molin rouge for show
I stayed at Terrass’’ Hotel after coming from a 5-star property in Portugal, so the room felt a little aged in comparison.
