We could only check in at 4p.m., but the staff allowed us to leave our bags in storage. The location of the hotel is great. There was mould on the ceiling in the shower. There is building work going on around the hotel and the room was small.

Took their time cleaning our room so we had to wait till 4 to check in even though we showed up at 11am. No rush to get us our rooms. Another one of our group found bed bugs. The front desk ask him to email the manager. Pretty sure that should be the front desks job.

It's quite remote and suitable for self-driving tours. The elevator closes very slowly and you have to go to the front desk to get coffee capsules every day.

Le Domaine de l'Astrangale is the perfect mix of Saint Tropez luxury but also a lush private escape from the crowds. Don't believe the fake negative reviews. My wife and I keep talking about how relaxing the property is, and the staff is incredible, going out of their way to enhance the experience.
