Great location, view from the window, excellent breakfasts - a selection of yoghurts, meat and cheese cuts, plus dishes from the menu and prosecco. The soundproofing is excellent and most importantly, the room is warm, which is not typical for France.

Five-star service, ambiance, and facilities, right on the beach and just a street away from the old town. The room was meticulously cleaned; they thoughtfully tidied up all our belongings. The breakfast was plentiful, and the rooftop restaurant offered panoramic views of the beach. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Nice.

The hotel is in a good location and the stay was good. Although the check-in time was more than an hour late, I got a drink voucher. Also, I lost a mobile phone in the hotel, and they found it in time and sent it back to China for me. The service was good.

The property is very charming. Staff is attentive and friendly. Great recommendations from the Concierge. My only complaint would be the breakfast staff (1 in particular). For 3 days there was always something missing with my order and he was not attentive at all. Other than that, it was great.

Staff are super friendly which bumps up the rating. Pool was closed for our entire stay which was disappointing. Breakfast was acceptable, there could have been more choices on the cooked counter and the fruit could’ve been fresher. We stayed only 1 night before heading to Cannes. It’s good stop if u arrive late at night. Hotel is in walking distance from bus station ( Vauban) - 800 m by walk. Room is clean, sufficient space to place your bug luggage. But the bed should be changed. The room has bathtub, not separated shower.

We stayed here as a family of 3 adults. The hotel was in a great location to explore the old town of Nice and all the beautiful attractions. The hotel was great. Good sized rooms with a free water dispenser on each floor being very welcome. The breakfast buffet was of a very good range and quality. The hotel isn't located near any tourist attractions and requires a bit of a walk to reach. The room was clean and spacious, and most importantly, the air conditioning worked well! But the lobby smelled terrible—a strong, pungent smell combined with a foul toilet odor!

We really appreciate the early check-in available to us, as we arrived around 10am. The front desk reception was so helpful, courteous, and very friendly.  The room was very comfortable, clean; it was a twin bed when we booked for one bed. The location is truly wonderful—right on a beautiful beach where we enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. The bungalows are surrounded by plants and trees, giving each space a sense of privacy, even without a sea view. While booking this place, bear in mind that it’s not a traditional hotel. It’s rather a 5* camping with your own bungalow. However, it is the best way you can enjoy the beach over there. The location is within walking distance of the city centre, and on-site parking is convenient. The only minor drawback was that the shampoo and conditioner were not refilled during our stay.

It's about a 5 or 10 minutes walk to the touristic center of town (the fountain). The air conditioning didn't get as cold as we would have liked. We paid for a prestige room, but it left a lot to be desired. In addition to the friendliness of the receptionist, they told us upon our arrival that we had reserved one of the best suites and that there are nights when the reservation costs an extra thousand euros (anyway). The location was even better being just a short 8 minute walk to the train station that can be used to visit other coastal towns. Clean room, comfy bed and located close to a tram stop. There are some charging ports in the lobby and places to sit. I waited one night around 8pm at the restaurant.
