Decent stay in Cannes Very reasonably priced for beeing Cannes in the middle of the summer. Clean rooms. Beds are comfortable but rather narrow for a couple to sleep in, expect alot of flying arms and legs when your better half turns in the middle of the night! Good budget option with caveats Good budget option very well placed in the center of Cannes, close to the Palais des Festivals. Pleasant staff welcomed me. The room was clean and well appointed, however the room smelled very strongly of mould, and black mould was visibly present in the bathroom.

Stayed May 2024, rooms very small for 3 people, but very clean, bathroom newly decorated, central to everything, staff very helpfull, would definately stay again but maby with only 2 people to a room.

Not what I expected The hotel was not what I expected. No view as advertised, but the bathroom was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Due to a family emergency at home, I had to check out 3 days early. They would not credit me for those days which was disappointing.

The hotel promises to supply empty water bottles to fill in in the lobby, but despite the fact we asked for it, they did not provide. Deteriorated service since last year.

It's clean and the access is great! However, the amenities are lacking. There's no toothbrush or loungewear, for example.

Staff were very friendly, room was small but comfortable. My room location was right next to the lobby so was not as quiet as maybe it would be on a different floor.

Hotel is good, the reception was very kind, the room was fine. They did take care of my special request for a crib and bathtub which was very much appreciated. This place was a huge disappointment and feels like a scam. Even though we booked a full package with full board, nearly everything costs extra. The restaurant clearly separates guests by offering two menus: one very limited and low quality for full-board guests, and another with better food that is not included. Avoid this place.

The swimming pool is nice, you can use the sauna etc. But it is recommended to drive there by yourself The English at the front desk is average, but we can communicate normally Recommend to come and experience it if you are near Antibes in South France

Staff is welcoming. There are indoor and outdoor pools. Be careful when using the indoor pool and better not swimming there because you can be pushed away by the jacuzzi water flow and the pool wall is quite rough. Breakfast is with various choices and you can enjoy pool or sea view when eating breakfast.

Bathroom sliding door is crooked and broken, not up to standard. Same problem: loose and flimsy electrical outlets – not good for electronic devices. Air conditioner remote control is esoteric. I had to turn it off directly on the unit, which is high up – not ideal!

Comfortable, quiet hotel with convenient parking. Friendly staff - especially the efficient breakfast team. Good breakfast. Straightforward walk from the centre for those who don’t mind a good walk but close to the metro for those who prefer or if the weather is bad. Several decent restaurants within easy distance. The facility was clean. Not so well-equipped amenities though that's not what I chose the hotel for so it didn't bother me.

We loved our stay! My children especially loved the game room, karaoke room, and the breakfast! Wonderful stay from start to finish.

Overall feeling is pretty good

To be honest, we were quite disappointed with how old the room is. The vibe is very dull and even the air-conditioner looks like it was from the 90s. But the good thing is they have their private parking (need to pay another €15 per day) so that we can park our car inside and feel safer. However, I dont think we will be back the next time. The pictures we seen online are totally different lol.

After a perfect refurbishment the hotel became a Mercure instead of Novotel. New, well kept rooms and beautiful common areas are topped up with a lovely breakfast room with great, well measured breakfast. I'm planning a new visit very soon.

The room is spacious, the bathroom, washroom and room are separated from each other, and it is very quiet when the bedroom door is closed. The toilet paper is unbleached pure wood pulp natural paper, I like it very much!
