I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff were unprofessional and rude, and the mattress in my room was visibly damaged. Despite pointing this out, they refused to acknowledge or replace it. Additionally, the overall quality of the hotel does not justify its price. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to both service and facilities.

Good service! Friendly and helpful staff! Excellent conditions! Location is also comfortable, near all necessary spots. Booking worth its money!

Very big rooms and excellent location. Close to many restaurants, including one on site. Walking distance to Spar and CBD of Bakuriani. 25 Ski park right around the corner.
The receptionist Mariam was a star!
