Amazing staff at the hotel so friendly quick and efficient can’t fault there hospitality and excellent work ethic good made my stay very welcoming credit to the hotel manger at reception she truly is a genuine caring professional

Some shelves in the closet need to be updated and the furniture needs to be dry-cleaned. The towels need to be more carefully monitored for wear

Don’t be put off by the security they aren’t the talkative type but they are very professional and good at there job safety is top priority at all times and felt very safe thank you all for my stay see you sl again very soon

The hotel restaurant served delicious traditional Georgian dishes and local wines at reasonable prices, and the dining experience was comfortable

Upon arriving in Georgia, the front desk staff were very friendly and upgraded me to a suite upon check-in

Nice place 💫 Rooms with wonderful view. Hotel has big garden and outdoor restaurant. We were with two times here and same emotion, same experience. They also have small train to drop on the beach

Beautiful view, but the area seemed small to me. There are 10 sun loungers on the beach. But there were no more people. The room is clean, but the style is a bit old

The waitress explained they were finely ground into the dressing. The bowl was so big, this could easily have served 2-3 people. I then had the Black Sea sea bass. I little firmer than Chilean sea bass I’m used to

I did not stay at the resort and just had dinner. The huge, tree patio area on the cliff overlooking the sea made outdoor dining a wonderful option. I knew my meal here would not be cheap

But still a light, flaky fish. And the bread, like so much Georgian bread, was wonderful. Great to soak up the extra salad dressing! Gorgeous sunset for a backdrop

But I was surprised how good it was. I started with the traditional Georgian tomato salad (great sauce). When I didn’t see them, I assumed they forgot to add them

The AC worked well and helped dry things out a bit. Breakfast was included and very nice. In the morning before I had to leave, I took a walk on the beach, as it's right across the street

- Breakfast is moderately disgusting: hair found in eggs, breakfast choices close to zero. - Cleaning lady took away the used towels without leaving fresh ones. The boys at the reception deserve ovations

I recently went to Batumi and stayed in this hotel for 2 night and honestly it was an incredible experience. The staff were very kind and helpful

The placement of the hotel is incredible!! You have direct view to the Black Sea and the sun set is incredible

The working staff is very friendly and always ready to help. At breakfast, the dishes are often repeated and there is not much choice, although there are good days when everything is delicious

The location is pretty good, close to tourist spots and also local shops and services. For a 4-star place it was totally fine, and breakfast was decent too. Overall, a comfortable and friendly stay

Many shops around in the area as you can find groceries and Turkish restaurants. The view of the rooms are wonderful as you can see the sea and the city from the top. There is a kettle with coffee and tea

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel in Batumi. The staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive, always willing to help despite the language barrier with some of them

The room was comfortable but was in quite a noisy location even on the 21st floor. The staff were extremely helpful at all times and breakfast was quiet with lovely staff

We booked two suite rooms for a family with six persons. Positives: Location is great near to Grand mall where there are shops and restaurants

The main attractive point of the hotel was the beach side and the view of the city from our room. For that I would give 10/10 It is a perfect spot for enjoying beach time with family

A very beautiful and cozy beach hotel. It is a bit far from the city center, but you can easily and quickly reach the city center with a taxi

There is a very clean and beautiful beach right in front of the hotel, which you can easily access from inside the hotel. There are always some clean towels in the courtyard of the hotel that you can use on the beach

Each room has a balcony with a view of the sea and the city beyond. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. If you want to relax, swim and sunbathe, I definitely recommend this hotel

Amazing hotel with gorgeous sea views! Thank you sooo much for your wonderful location and service! The people working there are so kind and polite starting with the cleaning ladies to reception desk ladies! Breakfasts were perfect, the wide range of dishes and the dogs there are sooo cute! The rooms are well equipped and the Wi-Fi works well enough! But of course, the best thing we have experienced...

Because access to the beach is very easy and pleasant and most hotels do not have this option. The staff are helpful and friendly

It's run by a Georgian Family. And the name Temo is their younger child's name. They are able to communicate in English very well. but they are doing their best. Their Hospitality is appreciated

The only problem which i faced is the charging plug 🔌 are not stable for my various chargers. But the Guy who runs the hotel helped me by giving an adapter to charge my devices and gadgets

Room was nice and it was facing the sea 🌊. Toilet also good and it was value for mone. I'm adding some sunset 🌇 view from my room in hotel Temo

Great location and wonderful staff just room needs updating big time, bathroom needs replacing of sylicones and good clean as all blackish with constant damp which smells even in the room

Nice place, but they really need to take care of their rooms. By now, the rooms are dirty and smell bad.

It's even good for taking short walks in nature just outside the gates. Very cooperative and hospitable family who runs the place. The indoor was super clean and comfortable

I do not speak any Georgian, so was concerned about an earlier review stating that there were no English speaking staff, but we had a young waiter who spoke a little English, the reception desk had an English speaking person to welcome us, and the owner of the hotel himself speaks English and is always around to assist if you require anything

This was a great memorable stay. It has stunning view surrounded by its own garden meticulously kept by the owner

Has lots of seating areas outdoors, perfect for reading or having alone time! It overlooks the beach, which is a stone's throw away from the house and you can hear the waves from the rooms, even with the occasional passing trains, which adds to the places charm

Their pool was sparkling clean as well and there were always dry, clean towels available outdoors for use around the pool area

Located on Engisa Street in Batumi, Hotel Gama is arguably one of the best options in terms of cleanliness, price, and proximity to the city center, the market, and the beach.

The hotel is in a very good location - the beach, shops, restaurants, currency exchange, fruit/vegetable street stalls are a few minutes walk away

The rooms were always clean and cozy, and the hotel atmosphere was truly homey. A special thank you to the hosts for their kindness, responsiveness, and willingness to help in any situation

Nice, clean and quiet place opposite the beach, close to a supermarket from the hotel. The train passes in front of it and causes minor inconvenience, but the place is very, very quiet

Back to hotel, there are parking places, really near are shops and beaches

Sea across the road, beautiful, clean beach, on the beach there is a nice cafe and there is also the opportunity to rent a deck chair

What really stood out was the hospitality: everything was spotless, and on the day we checked out, they even packed us lunch to take with us — such a thoughtful touch! The only small downside was that housekeeping didn’t replenish the shampoo after the first day

The only downside is that you can hear the road and train at night, but here it is so comfortable and nice that this disadvantage can not even be taken into account

It’s very close to the railway station, which was convenient, and although there was some noise, it didn’t bother us — though light sleepers might notice it
