We stayed at the guesthouse at the end of the season, in early October 2025. We had the most wonderful memories. Special thanks to the hosts, Soso, Shushana, and Rudi. They treated us like valued guests

Soso is always available to answer any questions, and will help with advice on restaurants, excursions, places to stay, and logistics. Special mention goes to the guesthouse itself: it's modern yet cozy

The house is conveniently located: just a few public transportation stops from the city beach and tourist attractions. The fish market and Bonni Market (food market) are nearby

Excellent location, friendly owners, very spacious room with comfortable beds and even a bathtub and balcony. It’s a bit of a hidden location, but once found it’s great. Even parking was arranged in a safe spot.

They helped us bring up the luggage to the room. After checking out we were able leave the luggage for couple of hours in the hotel so we could enjoy leftover time in Batumi before departure

Great location near popular attractions. Service requests were through WhatsApp and we didn't always get a timely response for more pillows, toilet paper etc. A nice family run hotel overall

It is a reasonable and clean hotel which is located in old Batumi. It is easy peasy going to touristic places on foot. They were so helpful about check-in and check- out time. The only disadvantage is payment method

The hotel is 12 min walking distance from the Alphabet tower, Ali and Nino monument and the beach. Hosts It is a family owned hotel and they were all very friendly and very helpful

You can cook anything you like. The only tiny issue is the mosquitos, but you can solve it with the window curtain/shades. Overall, I recommend it even for long stays

Was in September, the room was cold. There is a huge construction site nearby, noise from 8 am to 8 pm, even with closed windows

The elevator is paid, the toilet periodically smells like sewage, the smell makes its way into the room

Just be careful with the entrance that is not in the main street but in the parallel one behind, and it took us time to find it because we had no idea. Highly recommended and perfect location

The courtyard and upper verandas in flowers, tables under umbrellas, a fireplace, a hammock and the smell of the sea. Very attentive and warm attitude towards guests

The area is green, the sea within walking distance, near the market and supermarket. Impressions are only positive!

The guesthouse is located a short distance from the center, but any tour bus or taxi can easily pick you up from here. There are several places to have lunch and dinner nearby, a couple of shops, and even a hairdresser

Pastries, fried chicken, and shawarma can also be found there. The main advantage of this place is the truly hospitable and helpful hosts, who are always ready to help, offer advice, and create a cozy atmosphere

Brilliant place to stay! Central and host was super friendly (so much so we were served home made chacha for breakfast lol) - room was awesome with a nice balcony view and very close to the black sea and piers with the restaurants

The view is beautiful from the balcony (direct to the square) on the top floor or from some rooms with balconies. Not far to the sea, just over 5 min. Of the minuses - in fact they practically did not notice them
