This hotel is centrally located, offering cleanliness and a delightful breakfast. A notable feature is the restaurant on the 15th floor, which provides reasonably priced meals. However, the downside is the noise from parties on the 15th floor at night, lasting until 03:00 am, which can be disruptive.

Hotel facilities and booking page are the same. Sea view rooms face the Black Sea. After checking in, a bellman will guide you into the room. The breakfast is rich, and the spa and gym service park are very welcoming. The indoor swimming pool is of mini type. The floor heating in the bathroom was praised, but the water in the bathtub smelled bad.

This was an absolute delight staying in this hotel. The personnel is very friendly and helped me every day. Breakfast is good. It was very quiet, and I had a nice view. You can book a room with street view or a more quiet one. Thank you again and see you again 😊

Almost okay. The biggest problem was the shower drain that didn't work. We asked twice to fix it. Room cleaning is done quite late around 5:00 PM and it's less convenient. Breakfast was reasonable, but almost no change in items.

Great hotel, located in the park near Botanical Garden. Fresh air and it’s not so hot here as in the city center. Beach with clear water is located a couple of minutes walk through the park. I liked 'Garanti' hotel in Batumi city. It has high class service for couple and person too. It has normal breakfast and dinner. All rooms are so comfortable and terrace that has a landscape to sea and to street of modern part of city. Customers could do a meet or business lunch hier. I prefer piecefull place when I search hotel and it is piecefull central location in the Batumi.

I made a booking and it was a misunderstanding with my past hotel. Grand Palace hotel has been very kind and accepted to cancel without any fee. The lady who called me was so kind on the phone. Thanks a lot !!

a good and clean place with a nice view. far from the tourism places you must see in batumi but a calm and quiet environment. the only negative point is the lift of the hotel, its capacity is only 4 and for a 9 floor hotel, you must wait a lot to go up or down!

A lot of stars, the place is clearly going through hard times. The Breakfast is very modest , the room door creaked, there was not hangers for clothes, shower gel in the shower, next to the hotel and casino have been of a suspicious person. Back in our room had no Windows, but it's just fine. Nuts in the mini bar are delicious, generally minibars picked up perfectly.

We rested in this ABSOLUTELY wonderful hotel with a large company (6 people) in July. The hotel is beautiful, the room has everything you need, cleaning every day, everything works. There is a massive hotel building program going on in Batumi right now. Modern Western style hotels are springing up only a few minutes walk from the Old town So why stay right in the centre with its casinos, massage parlours and noisy cars and impatient taxi drivers? Especially when the owner seems disinterested in how his hotel runs.
