The host is nice and helpful, Rooms were ready before check-in time, and the host allowed us to check in earlier. Clean rooms and comfy beds, they have a beautiful kitty, we let the cat sleep with us sometimes, kitty loves warm places. Every room has its own toilet. Warm water. The Guesthouse is very nice. The little yard gives the opportunity to relax in the shade and the rooms offer a good clean accommodation. Parking is no issue on the street there is usually a space near by. We loved our stay here!

We stayed at 2018 september and it was comfortable and peacefull. when we were staying, there lits of diffrent people in different rooms so there was a friendly place. If i go to batum again, i ll stay again there. There is kitchen to use guests. In every room has baths. The owner knows engilish so there is no comminication problem. Fair accommodation for fair price

The location is excellent, the balcony is wonderful. They speak very little Turkish, but you can communicate in English. They are helpful and friendly people. We liked the cleanliness despite our meticulous nature. It's within walking distance of all the sights. We were very pleased.

A very good place for the price and quality ratio. Triple rooms, quality renovation, bathrooms in each room (combined), hot water (gas boilers), kitchen, large yard and friendly hosts. Near the beach (5-10 minutes walk), 3 supermarkets, a restaurant on the way.
