Cleaning room service was horrible , I think we left cleaner room after check out that cleaners did. Reception people was nice and friendly. But waitress in the restaurant is horrible
The rooms correspond to the photos on the website! and even better! The rooms offer an unforgettable view of the sea! And every evening you can see a very beautiful sunset, it is impossible to describe in words
Anyone who wants an amazing vacation - be sure to stay at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham BATUMI hotel. I have never met such professionalism, friendliness and responsiveness anywhere
The breakfasts at the hotel are AMAZING!!! Firstly - the hot food for breakfast is always different and always delicious! secondly, the hotel staff refreshes the dishes as they run out (even if you come at the end of breakfast (breakfast from 08:00-11:00) 4
The hotel is located in a wonderful part of the city, 10 minutes walk to the beach, the beach is very clean. The rooms were cleaned when we asked, a very convenient system in the room for calling the cleaners
The water in the room was always renewed (this is very pleasing, especially when you come late at night and the stores are closed)

Overall it's OK, the room is big enough, but the bed is very small, the toilet has to be open all the time to ventilate, there is still a bit of smell, there is a mall and Carrefour supermarket a few hundred meters away, opposite is the coastline, it's a good choice
Great hotel and service - the spa is amazing! Nino is an excellent professional physiotherapist and I enjoyed here professional sport massage and highly recommend it! Rooms are clean and when something goes wrong the service is great and fast
