Sheraton is always on top, clean, pillows, bed linen are excellent. The location is great. I recommend, parking is next to the hotel.

Thanks to the Sheraton team in Batumi. excellent service and a hotel where everything is open. excellent food and best Georgian wines in the lounge. but the most beautiful is the large pool when the sun is shining!

The people in the reception were very welcoming. The room is wide and clean. Every request dealt immediately. The morning breakfast was tasty and varied. I will love to come back and stay there again. Thank you

I can't say anything about the rooms, but I bought a membership here: gym, hamam, swimming pool. Cost - 250 GEL for unlimited use. Excellent price for this complex. Good running machines, top-notch

My wife and I, along with another couple, had booked sea view rooms for 5 nights, which were paid in full in advance, but we were informed a couple of days prior to our stay that there were no sea view rooms available for our first two nights there

The cities biggest mall, Grand Mall, is right across the street and the property is ideally located within walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and tourist attractions

Although we were refunded for the price difference, I still accept a 4 or 5-star property to upgrade guests when there’s such a mix-up instead of downgrading them

It’s not worthy to opt for city view rooms as they are only US$7 cheaper per night and the street noise is a real nuisance

In the Infinity pool you are not allowed to take photographs while leaning on the edge. There are not enough sun loungers near the pool. We were on an all-inclusive basis

The waitress explained they were finely ground into the dressing. The bowl was so big, this could easily have served 2-3 people. I then had the Black Sea sea bass. I little firmer than Chilean sea bass I’m used to

The breakfast was fresh and filling, and the hotel restaurant served tasty dishes until 11 pm. Towels and toiletries were replaced every day, and I also liked that beach towels were provided at the entrance

The only downsides for me were the small pool (though it might be perfect for families with children) and a weak Wi-Fi connection

The breakfast is very average, not many choices, but after leaving the hotel, walk straight and turn right to find the architectural MacDonald. You should stay a few more days and enjoy it slowly

Located in the Makhinjauri district, 8 km from Batumi. The hotel has a swimming pool, a cozy street cafe. Very polite and friendly staff. You can play table tennis and basketball at the hotel

Tourists from Azejvardjan, Georgia, Ukraine, Russia and Turkey, all behave decently. Never used their swimming pool, because the sea is just across the road
