A fantastic beachfront hotel, boasting both lake and sea views. My friend had originally booked an apartment on ***********, but upon arrival, discovered their reservation had been canceled due to overbooking

Good coffee & cakes in a lobby cafe. Prices are a bit high but the location, cozyness and service offered really worth it. You may find some interesting books in the lobby library and take some rest and read

I can't say anything about the rooms, but I bought a membership here: gym, hamam, swimming pool. Cost - 250 GEL for unlimited use. Excellent price for this complex. Good running machines, top-notch

We ended up booking the Hilton last-minute on Trip. com, and the service was excellent. The rooms at the Hilton were reassuringly good

The choice of machines themselves is small, but all the main ones for muscle groups are there. There are usually not many people

Sheraton is always on top, clean, pillows, bed linen are excellent. The location is great. I recommend, parking is next to the hotel.

This made even simple requests unnecessarily complicated. Inedible Food on Day 1 On the day we checked in, we ordered a ciabatta pesto sandwich. The ciabatta was so hard it was impossible to chew

The people in the reception were very welcoming. The room is wide and clean. Every request dealt immediately. The morning breakfast was tasty and varied. I will love to come back and stay there again. Thank you

For the price paid, this was not a luxury experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on operational consistency, staff training, and basic quality control

The hotel is right on the seaside and has a parking lot. It was drizzling when we drove to the hotel to check in. The hotel waiter helped us move our luggage from the car to the room

The hotel restaurant served delicious traditional Georgian dishes and local wines at reasonable prices, and the dining experience was comfortable

Upon arriving in Georgia, the front desk staff were very friendly and upgraded me to a suite upon check-in

Cosmetic repairs are needed: wallpaper needs to be updated, the bathroom fixtures need to be replaced, the lamps (due to wiring issues), and the air conditioner needs to be cleaned and fixed so it doesn't leak into the closet

My wife and I, along with another couple, had booked sea view rooms for 5 nights, which were paid in full in advance, but we were informed a couple of days prior to our stay that there were no sea view rooms available for our first two nights there

The sea view rooms are larger than city view ones, have balconies, and give you spectacular views

Housekeeping and room service was good and the only issue was that both at our fist check-in and also the second one when we exchanged rooms, no one brought up our luggage and after 40 minutes I had to go down to the lobby and take them to our room myself

Overall, I recommend this property if you do not wish to spend 15%-20% more on high-end properties, but if money is not an issue, definitely go for international 5-star hotels in Batumi so that you can really enjoy 5-star quality

The cities biggest mall, Grand Mall, is right across the street and the property is ideally located within walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and tourist attractions

The rooms could use a bit of renovation, but were acceptably clean with the upside being the beds, the mattress and bed sheets in particular, which were really comfortable

Facilities: Maintaining the usual Marriott brand quality, the semi-open balcony offers expansive ocean views, allowing us to enjoy the sunset from our seats. The indoor pool is spacious and boasts stunning ocean views

The gym and spa are also excellent. Environment: Located in a busy downtown area, close to the coastline. Nearby are supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, shopping malls, and hotels

All rooms face the sea level and have sea view

But the view is that: discovery, animal, NAT geo Wild, TNT, Ren-TV, and a couple Russian. Close to the sea but with numbers not seen it, I have a view of the pool. Bathrobes and Slippers are included in rooms

However, the hotel was renovated many years ago and is a little old, but the service of the service staff is in place, and those old facilities can be ignored. Instead, it gives people a sense of historical immersion

It's okay. The location is good, but the hotel's facilities are a bit old. However, the price is cheap, and for that price, it seems acceptable. It's very close to the beach, so you can go anytime.

Not a bad hotel for the money. Not everything is in order with the renovation, but overall you can live there. I slept well there.

The rooms are ok; definitely not 5 stars, there is just too many spots on the walls. The showers have a bit of mold going on. The bed is comfy enough for a night out drinking until delirium

The place was so beautiful, it was up on a hill, the restaurant has good food and the whether was just perfect, room was tidy but it was a little cold at nights, the view and wether was perfect

although I did not stay there overnight, their terrace for lunch and dinner is amazing I am guessing prices per room are more reasonable here than the ones in the city however I would tend to prefer this hotel

The rooms were clean and the location was very central, right in the heart of Batumi. The view from our room's balcony was amazing. One side of the balcony overlooked Nuri Lake and the other side faced the sea.

This is a very good hotel considering its location, comfort, security, and value for money. You can walk everywhere. We forgot our luggage, and they were very attentive. If I come back, I'd stay here again.

The hotel was hard to find; we only figured out where the main entrance was after looking at a photo on Google Maps. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable
