Thanks to the Sheraton team in Batumi. excellent service and a hotel where everything is open. excellent food and best Georgian wines in the lounge. but the most beautiful is the large pool when the sun is shining!

Sheraton is always on top, clean, pillows, bed linen are excellent. The location is great. I recommend, parking is next to the hotel.

The people in the reception were very welcoming. The room is wide and clean. Every request dealt immediately. The morning breakfast was tasty and varied. I will love to come back and stay there again. Thank you

This made even simple requests unnecessarily complicated. Inedible Food on Day 1 On the day we checked in, we ordered a ciabatta pesto sandwich. The ciabatta was so hard it was impossible to chew

I can't say anything about the rooms, but I bought a membership here: gym, hamam, swimming pool. Cost - 250 GEL for unlimited use. Excellent price for this complex. Good running machines, top-notch

We ended up booking the Hilton last-minute on Trip. com, and the service was excellent. The rooms at the Hilton were reassuringly good

Good coffee & cakes in a lobby cafe. Prices are a bit high but the location, cozyness and service offered really worth it. You may find some interesting books in the lobby library and take some rest and read

Don’t be put off by the security they aren’t the talkative type but they are very professional and good at there job safety is top priority at all times and felt very safe thank you all for my stay see you sl again very soon

A large room, pleasant toiletries, a comfortable mattress (though a bit short for someone 180 cm tall), plenty of pillows, heated floors in the bathroom, helpful reception staff, and an excellent breakfast

I was staying for three nights at Radisson Blu Batumi it’s 5 star , clean hotel and friendly staff. The views from our room was amazing and most of the attractions places are nearby.I really recommend it

Housekeeping and room service was good and the only issue was that both at our fist check-in and also the second one when we exchanged rooms, no one brought up our luggage and after 40 minutes I had to go down to the lobby and take them to our room myself

Breakfast was good and fresh; there was a wide variety to choose from and although fresh fruit juice was not an option, fresh fruits were always on the table

The toiletries were complete and refilled daily. The pools and sauna were good but the gym was available only after 10 am which is pretty late for me

My wife and I, along with another couple, had booked sea view rooms for 5 nights, which were paid in full in advance, but we were informed a couple of days prior to our stay that there were no sea view rooms available for our first two nights there

Overall, I recommend this property if you do not wish to spend 15%-20% more on high-end properties, but if money is not an issue, definitely go for international 5-star hotels in Batumi so that you can really enjoy 5-star quality

The cities biggest mall, Grand Mall, is right across the street and the property is ideally located within walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and tourist attractions

The gym and spa are also excellent. Environment: Located in a busy downtown area, close to the coastline. Nearby are supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, shopping malls, and hotels

Best hotel in Batumi ever they have so many facilities and also staff are really friendly and helpful. Would come back again for sure

Modern hotel with nice style and good service.

At first this is not a 5 stat hotel. The location is good but not that luxurious in the photos. The room were really tight until they upgraded us. Not a lot of variety in breakfast which was poor

The location is excellent!! The rooms are relatively large and clean, the breakfast is normal, but monotonous, nothing has changed for 3 days, and cappuccino coffee is available for an additional fee

However, the downside is the noise from parties on the 15th floor at night, lasting until 03:00 am, which can be disruptive

It’s comfortable, the view can be beautiful if you can a good room, but sometimes there a small things like I asked the service for towels 3 times and I still didn’t get them

We went one floor higher, and they showed us two rooms. In one of them, the entire shower was covered in mold. In the second room, the jacuzzi water was also yellow, and another centipede came out

The staff member claimed that they sometimes come in through the window, but they clearly live inside the jacuzzi—they don’t fly in through windows

On top of that, the entire balcony was covered in spider webs, including the chairs. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life

We arrived about half an hour later, and the room was completely ready. The pool and sauna are excellent — clean and everything works perfectly. There is also a good, well-equipped gym

Swimming pool and gym are very good. Unfortunately there are not breackfast buffet because of not many customers

Nice big room, space enough also in the bathroom. Only 2 minor points to mention were the power sockets, you needed an adapter, which the reception brought to us, so that's excellent service

But the only normal socket had a problem if I plugged my phone charger, it didn't charge, you would have to hold it in a specific way. But overall, excellent room, very happy with our stay

The hotel is new, good, but on TV many channels are absent or do not show. The Internet is not sustainable. Breakfast is good, kitchen is little national dishes, while the bar no local draught wine

The hotel doesn't live up to its stars; it's very tired. The restaurant on the 13th floor is, to put it mildly, not very good; it's cold in the wind (we sat in our jackets at breakfast)

Our room had a balcony with a nice sea view. The bed is comfy and shower is big. Location is great too.

It's okay. The location is good, but the hotel's facilities are a bit old. However, the price is cheap, and for that price, it seems acceptable. It's very close to the beach, so you can go anytime.

A very nice hotel, good service, the breakfast open buffet was great, it has an amazing view, if you ever plan to go there, make sure to choose a room with sea view, unfortunately when we visited there swimming pool and gym were under renovation

Not the first time love the experience

The only positive thing is the location next to the shopping center and all the good restaurants. There was no cleaning for 2 days, the breakfasts were absolutely useless

We had a very good experience at the Ibis Styles in Batumi. The building has a proper gym, which is very well equipped, and entry is free for hotel guests

505 in the main building instead, with absolutely stunning view from any window! By the way, window from ceiling to the floor was even in the shower 😊 This room consists actually of two separate rooms, so it is very spacious

There is a good choice for breakfast, everything you need is there. For lunch and dinner the choice is more modest, but if you stay for a long time you will probably get bored

But I was surprised how good it was. I started with the traditional Georgian tomato salad (great sauce). When I didn’t see them, I assumed they forgot to add them

The waitress explained they were finely ground into the dressing. The bowl was so big, this could easily have served 2-3 people. I then had the Black Sea sea bass. I little firmer than Chilean sea bass I’m used to

Overall it's OK, the room is big enough, but the bed is very small, the toilet has to be open all the time to ventilate, there is still a bit of smell, there is a mall and Carrefour supermarket a few hundred meters away, opposite is the coastline, it's a good choice

The hotel is in a very good location, but its only drawback is the bedding. The mattresses are very uncomfortable, worn out, and very soft. We slept very poorly. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with back problems.
