Hostels in Batumi

Very close for city center i recommend this place it was good and cheap daily 50 gel for 1 person

The check-in didn't work out smoothly but I can forgive this. The room price is reasonable but the toilet has a bad smell of mould which is a major problem.

Lovely guest house meant for groups and families. Rooms were scrupulously clean and so were communal areas. There is a kitchen and laundry (washer) facilities available. The location was ideal and within easy walking distance of most things in central Batumi including the beach, promenade and the historic center. There is now elevator, but it's one floor of a long sweeping staircase with very deep...

I've been to many places in Batumi, but this one has been the first where I felt at home. It's in a nice quarter, the rooms are spacious, room 22 has a beautiful balcony, room 23 is beautiful, in the kitchen you'll find everything you need, you have a washing machine and a beautiful view out of the windows, the atmosphere is familiar and peaceful.

Comfortable and central Very comfortable room and central location. The owner is very kind and flexible. Great for the price.

Very good not expensive hostel with wonderful backyard garden, clean dorms and bathrooms. Hostel is in a good location, close to the main attractions in Batumi. Nice and helpful staff. They speak Russian and English well.

The best waiter, Nika, and manager, Maya. Superb service, and the food, too. They congratulated me on my birthday and gave me a 20% discount. I couldn't be happier ☺️

take an apartmwnt or hotel near here. this is the centre of Batumi.

An excellent value option with a stunning view from the windows – the boulevard across the street, the Ferris wheel, the Alphabet Tower, and the Chacha Tower are all just meters away. The apartment is clean and tidy, and the hosts are pleasant and unobtrusive. If you don't mind living with a family and don't mind the traffic noise outside, this is a great option!

Very nice, very clean, value for money. Private rooms were big and comfortable. Stuff very kind! *It doesn't have an elevator, so if you are carrying baggages you should book a lower floor. Also, there is no kitchen, even a shared one, which is strange for a hostel.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean, furniture and equipment in good condition.

The rooms were clean, slippers were not provided, the staff are not open to help and there is no one to ask for help when you need it, we couldn't find anyone even when checking out, we stayed 3 nights, we couldn't find anyone to clean the room, there was no one to ask for towels, toilet paper. The reception is always empty. The environment is not very warm. It may be related to the season, there...

Super clean, great owner. Is in a calmer area of the city but still busy enough to be present; the dorm rooms can have a bit of noise from the downstairs bar and restaurant; not only did he tell me but really it's not that noisy in my opinion. I like this place a lot! 😊

Small simple menu. Nothing special. Space is very simple, soviet union styles. No armchairs. We enjoyed table games. Also I think this place can have great parties.

Cheap and very nice hostel, nearly city center. Staff are very helpful. Bathrooms are sometime dirty, because water is everywhere. But anyway, good, calm place.

Good place , near the sea, good price , clean , nice staff .

Owner is super lady. She was sharing wine with us and staff in the morning was sharing breakfast with us. Also very clean place. Owner all day was moving back and towards just cleaning everything around. It is not a party hostel, but drinking wine at night there is a tradition.

perfect location ,comfortable beds, owner and stuff is awesome, good value

Good hostel for a maximum of two to three nights only, perfect place specially you are close to the beach, Ali & Neno, cafes and restaurants. Each bed has an electrical power socket and lamp, clean and comfortable beds. Bathrooms are not clean as much. This hostel have two big rooms one of them with air conditioning while the other one not. I love the hostel balacony view The staff are very helpful

Excellent location , very good value , kind stuff , comfortable beds, owner was awesome, she was very helpful! Thank you!

A good hostel with very easy-to-follow system and a great value for money. The staff is very chill and helpful! Of course, rooms could use some renovations but it's not a big issue.

Great location and good prices. The staff is helpful as well.

I went to this hostel from Iran and was a guest there for three days. The price of this hostel is very good, it has acceptable facilities and you can rest easily at night. Thank you to the staff and manager of this hostel.🇮🇷🇬🇪

Fantastic hostel, really clean, attentive staff, fantastic location. Only downside is that the rooms have no windows, but there is ventilation and actually it is good in the mornings as there is no light coming in to disrupt your sleep.

I have stayed in hostel voyage for more than one month and it was my home in batumi, large kitchen area , good location and friendly staff. Thank you Arman, thank you Julia, hope to see you again.

So in the hostel there is not a backpackers vibe at all, mainly just people working or something. There is also no AC, so it can get a little warm. Positive thing tho is that the staff is very nice! Especially the Ukrainian woman was very helpful!! Thank you for that :).

Generally a decent hostel in a great location. Unfortunately you can’t really sleep there in summer. You need to ask the staff every evening again to switch on the aircon. However, they switch it off after two hours again which makes me wake up sweating in the middle of the night.

Highly recommended! I spent 4 nights in this hostel in Batumi (paid 120 GEL in cash at the reception), and I absolutely loved it! Staff: The receptionists, Lyosha and Dima, were amazing — super friendly and helpful. Location: Perfect location! It's just a 10-15 minute walk to the Ali and Nino statue and the beach. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as a currency exchange close...

Hey guys, thank you for the super cool place.my stay was really comfortable. Very clean, cozy hostel with great location.Highly recommended.

📍 Location & Atmosphere Back2Me is a small, cozy, and quiet hostel located in the heart of Batumi. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and right within the charming old town. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay away from the city noise. ⸻ 🏠 Rooms & Layout The rooms have very large, street-level windows, which can be a privacy concern —...

The best hostel in Batumi that you can stay in! The host is such a nice guy and all of the guests are friendy and nice to chat with, clean rooms and bathrooms. There is everything that you need. Also wanted to mention good quality WiFi, really afforfable price and such a cozy balcony with many lights!

Great experience in cozy and warm place. Good people and safe place for everyone. You literally have everything you need here; big kitchen, two bathrooms and terrace. Location is perfect for people who want to discover the city. There’s nothing you can’t reach within 3-5 mins, Hostel is very close to almost everywhere. For travellers who is considering a nice cozy place to stay - this would be my...

Good location in the center, next to the Carrefour and half a mile from the seafront. It's an apartment hostel, and general vibe is polite and quiet, although at times people in the common room can be loud, and 8ppl dorm is right next to it. Opt for 5ppl room on the second floor by all means. It has the balcony too. The kitchen is tremendous, can't complain at all. Common room has fans (vital in the...

Shawn, the owner, makes everything easy at every level; he's so cool and helpful. Also the whole hostel, rooms, kitchen and bathrooms are always clean since the guy is constantly cleaning (I didn't see yet any other hostel owner, after visiting 5 countries, so worried about having all tidy, neat and clean). The overall ambient is cool and friendly, specially in the cozy living room; also two terraces...

Nice hostel for cheap price. Clean and quiet. Polite manager/administrator, speaking English.

I can't describe how I feel about this place..it's very cool, clean, quiet .. and you have everything you need,, the location is great and safe even in the middle of the night..also The wonder a man with a beautiful smile 😁 he was helpful..very elegant.. I am very grateful to him and if I come to this city again I am sure I will stay in this wonderful place..

Liked · The host is the kindest lady. The location is right in the center. The female room has an attached balcony. It was very hot in the month of July but it was bearable with the fan. The bed is comfortable and there is free tea/ coffee. Disliked · There is only one toilet/ bath and the cleanliness is a problem.

Probably the warmest hostel i stayed in! The hostel “mum” as people are talking about is the friendliest hostel owner I’ve met, would 100% recommend for anyone looking for a hostel with a good location (only con is that it has only 1 toilet!) and lets be real guys its a hostel

One of the best hostels I've been to. The host is amazing, makes you feel like home. Just a great experience. Thanks

It's not my cup of tea. Seems like a couple of private residences and a large room turned into a hostel. But the staff was great and helped me get a bus ticket out of Georgia.

I think this is the best hostel I have ever stayed at - warm and full of such thoughtful touches, the memories of my time here will stay with me for life! Lika was the most wonderful host I cannot recommend staying here more, I felt so welcomed. If you're a younger or inexperienced traveller, you won't put a foot wrong :)

I rarely award a perfect score; in the hospitality sector, excellent service should be the baseline expectation. For an establishment to earn a ten, it must truly transcend the ordinary, and Hostel 47 effortlessly achieves that standard. The entire facility is pristine and entirely free of the predictable odors typical of shared accommodations. The dorms offer a genuinely quiet, comfortable retreat...

The hostel has only 3 dorms (20 beds total) and is a testament to perfection. Hostel owner Lika seems to have stayed in many hostels herself, so she knows what's important. She's also the most helpful person in the world.

The Hostel is very clean everywhere, has a good equipped kitchen and Lika the host is very caring and helpful! ☀️ We extended one night and felt super comfortable 👍🏼 The location is close to the most important places in Bortumi.

I stayed at this hostel last year and had a wonderful time with my new friends 🫶🏾 The hostel is run by Lika, and she is an absolute gem 🫰🏻such a lovely person whom I was lucky to meet there 🤍 The room quality was great: everything was clean, comfortable, and cozy. I truly felt like I was staying at a relative’s house because the atmosphere was so warm and friendly 😁🌻 Lika, thank you for everything...

Great atmosphere filled with good people, perfect location and Anna (staff) is amazing!

I stayed there for around ten days. I liked it. It was not busy with people but you hear the noise of the street. Lundry was free to use as much as you want.

The view on lake and the sea is near to you And they have live music

small cozy space for weary traveler

Pros: The manager told me "no smoking, no drinking in the dorm and at the balcony" when I visited the hostel the first time. Many stores around the hostel. Close to Black Sea. The manager clean the stove every day. The woman housekeeper disinfects with a vacuum cleaner and disinfectant every two days. There are enough good quality toilet paper to use all the time. When someone took my milk without...

Stayed at Palm Hostel in Batumi and had a pleasant experience. The location is great just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The hostel is clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and privacy curtains. The common area is spacious and well-equipped, perfect for relaxing or cooking meals. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a great value for money and ideal for...

The greatest hostel I've started in Georgia. Very good location, nice and cozy ambience. They provide free tea & coffee which is not typical in Georgia but it's a nice bonus. And of course incredibly friendly owner.

Very nice place if you looking for a hostel 👌🏻💖

It’s really good place and clean

Hello, The hygiene and cleanliness, the ease of access, the reasonable and affordable price, and the owner's sincerity, attention, communication, and friendly demeanor are all appreciated. Thank you. With love and respect. :)

I lived there for three days and enjoyed it. A new hostel in the city center, a magnificent host ,,, and the city of Batumi and the weather left an unforgettable experience !!! RECOMEND FOR EVERYBODY!!!!

Very friendly staff (he knows English, Russian and Georgian). He will help you out as much as he possibly can, all you need to do is ask. Place is very nice, just as it is very clean. Staff is very friendly. If you need help with something, just ask him, he will help without any problems. The place is very good, as it is also clean. 👍

This is small but very artsy place. The staff very helpful and Friendly. Located 10 minutes walk from the beach and access to lot of supermarkets. Strongly recommended for a short stay. They also have a kitchen 😀

Enjoyed my time staying here. Basic, clean amenities. Was able to my laundry affordably. Very central location and close to most anything you want to see in Batumi. Pablo was a great help and very kind. Would stay here again.

Loveliest owner every, homey vibes, friendly people ... all over one of time experiences

My experience at Enjoy the hostel was really good! The staff is really easy to communicate with and extremely kindly. They helped me with bus information and they recommended some good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again! :)

Islam is a very nice host, very kind and helpful. The hostel is all about friendly vibes too, it’s like your second home or maybe even the first 😃 If you’re visiting Batumi alone or with a friend, you should look no further for a place to stay, this is it.

Hostel was too good, with the price and everything 👌 It was clean, with cool stuff in it and cozy like home. But hosts.. It’s hard to find people like that 😬🧘‍♂️ Amazing people with heart warming relations and their kindness. I’m too great full to met them and wish, to go there again and again 🤞 Thank you 🙏 wish you the very best! ✨

Now it is a hostel, the room is small for 8 beds only for sleeping

Cleanest bathrooms and the best service in Batumi

Maia is an amazing host! Very honest, truthful, and helpful - aboveall, very respectful. She will tell you what's up and what's good. I stayed here for the first time in December 2025 for 1 week, and asked Maia if I can extend. She said yes, and I paid in cash immediately. I was only able to extend because the expected guests who arrived did not like the place and decided to leave. I will definitely...

Great location, ok small room for young couples/students on the go. Not bad service, except 1) the lady was not using earphones while my afternoon nap, so i had to ask her to do so 2) she was spending way to much inside of the flat, in the corridor. Which makes Europeans a bit less private. I mean i am 99% extravert but when i am home with my family, the last thing i want is someone to watch me go...

Very nice hostel in a fabulous location. Everything is easily accessible from this place. Good sized room with its own little kitchen and fridge. Clean, warm bed linen. Helpful and friendly multilingual staff on hand. WC and shower is across the courtyard. This could be awkward in the rain but we survive these little nuances.

The location of the hostel is perfect. It is very close to two amazing parks and beach. You can walk less than 8 mins to get to either park. You also can walk less 5 minutes to KFC and Mcdonlas. The price is very affordable. The hostel owner charged me only 450 laries for one month. I stopped sleeping in the hostel in my last 10 days because the two Russian guys in the dorm made a lot of noises...

Facilities are good But I stayed with worst guest He is uneducated Even 2am, he turns on light and makes noisy I cant sleep cuz of the fuxxing uneducated and rude guy He watchs YouTube without earphones, so I listen the noise And, talking with other guests even 1~2am Is it normal? Do they have manner and etiquette? They are disgusting No deserve to sleep and live other people Plz make rule, from 0am...

Great kind hostess. For the price-quality is a good option. Internet speed was amazing. It is convenient to work through wifi.
