There are several small chain stores and small shops nearby. The air conditioner works fine, but it is noisy. Of the minuses, we note that cars drive along the street, but this is certainly not the owners' fault

The hotel owners are very nice, they treated us to Georgian cuisine, we treated them to Belarusian cuisine, you can cook there yourself - the cuisine is amazing, the sea is close. Super

Cozy place, very good location. Close to the sea. Nice hosts. The room was clean and comfortable. There is air conditioning. There is a shared kitchen. 10/10. Highly recommend)

The owners are pleasant, friendly, and fulfill requests for housekeeping (bring what is missing, give advice, etc. We had a pleasant experience staying in this guesthouse

We spent 10 days in the summer of 2024. We booked the second floor of a separate house, i. there were no other guests near us

It's very interesting and beautiful here, the staff is good and the food is delicious. I LIKED IT

Nino, the host, is very friendly and sociable. We booked a room with private bathrooms. The bed linen was fresh and clean. It's about five minutes to the sea, and there are plenty of cafes and shops nearby

An indigenous Kobuleti family. Natural, unspoiled, warm environment. Peace, security, isolation and low price!

The only downside is that you can hear your neighbors

We liked everything. We had a great time.

The sea is not far away (a 7-10 minute walk), and there's a small park nearby where you can relax in the evenings, away from the hustle and bustle. A very small nikora is a 3-minute walk away

Absolutely fantastic, the best place to relax! All the hotels are "smoking" 😁 on the sidelines! Highly recommended!!!

For evening gatherings there is a canopy with a table and benches. We were very pleased with this place

The sea is a 4-minute walk away. The hosts are very welcoming and decent, and they speak Russian

The price was very reasonable, the quality was excellent, and I recommend it to everyone!

Good day to all, the hotel is a good new one, I really liked the hospitality of the Zvyadi host (wine, chacha are delicious). Breakfast is included in the room rate (deliciously satisfying) the cook cooks well

Great hotel, room is big and clean. Breakfast is delicious hearty, lunch and dinner can also be in the hotel by request is not expensive. The sea is clean near 5 minutes walking

You can order lunch and dinner, an average of 7-8 GEL per person, large portions. In general, very, very pleased that they came here
