This is not an "elite hotel", this is a simple guest house !!! And I rate it as a Guest House!
Weifai is present. The air conditioner is working. Hot water is available around the clock
The owners are sociable, easily make contact, help in solving all the issues. The food is on a level, you will definitely not die of hunger :) delicious homemade food
The rooms are clean in principle, but a lot of minor breakdowns: no light bulb, singed outlets, a broken toilet flush button and a shower head
But this campaign is the result of the "careful" treatment of the previous tenants
The owners are incredibly kind and helpful. There's a large elevator in the building. Outside, there's a large pool, a barbecue, and tables and chairs. For me, it was great.
The rooms are pleasant and clean, and the hosts are very helpful and accommodating. Wonderful hotel, excellent hosts, comfortable room, delicious, pleasant atmosphere
I'll definitely come back and recommend it to my friends!

We've been staying at this hotel for three years now. The rooms are very clean, with clean towels and linens. All the amenities are there, and a small kitchen with all the necessary utensils
Tamila, the hostess, is very warm and welcoming—she immediately puts you at ease and is always ready to help. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need for a comfortable stay
There's a swimming pool on the top floor. The embankment is just a short walk away, and everything else is nearby: shops, cafes, and bus stops are all within walking distance
The only downside is that the room could have been cleaner; housekeeping left much to be desired. Overall, it's a cozy place with a great location and a warm atmosphere
Everything is thoughtfully designed. There's a pool on the rooftop. The beach is a 2-3-minute walk away. In short, it's the perfect place to relax
Close to the sea, clean rooms, rooftop pool.
Of the minuses, dogs bark at night interfere with sleep
But this has nothing to do with the hotel...
Comfortable, bright room, cleanliness is observed throughout the hotel, excellent cuisine. Cooks will prepare any dish to your taste. All staff are very friendly, they are always ready to help in any matter
Also there you can try the best kebab in Kobuleti. I would like to express special thanks to Tatiana, Angela, Jean, Dato, Monana, Dato and, of course, Allah
Good hotel and cafe. Comfortable bright room, friendly staff.
Delicious food, great bar.
Great staff, delicious food, excellent hookah and very tasty wine!!!
Very tasty food, nice service, good price. I recommend.
But that in the room cleaning for a fee will say only after the fact. This is not a hotel, but a fore guest house. But the location is quite acceptable, across the road from the sea

The rooms are bright and clean. They love, appreciate and respect every guest. Special thanks to Mano !!!! Also a huge thank you to everyone who is committed to this hotel
Beautiful territory made a few frames as a keepsake!
Compared with other "threes" Kobuleti, very much nothing. Clean, calm, light. Furniture and plumbing new. There is enough food. 5 minutes to the sea and shops. They feed well.
It was comfortable, clean, tidy. Good value for money. Close to the beach and the sea. A normal breakfast, you will definitely not be hungry.
A great place to stay and relax by the sea!
Always fresh and delicious cakes!
We bought a banana cake for a child on DR! Very tender, tasty, light, well-soaked, with fresh fruit inside and very beautiful design!
Thank you Dolce Vita!
Good afternoon! Thank you so much for the cake, very tasty, mom is delighted! Very, very tasty and beautiful, amazing cake! Many thanks from our family!!!thank you for your efforts!!! We wish you more good clients and creative success!!!!!
Delicious sweets and nishtyaki. Do not save on quality. The owner is a professional technologist. Graduated from Kiev Food University. Hi Edik Kakhovsky (!) From an Armenian from Kiev. :)
Best place for cakes and all kind of sweet things for birthdays and all kind of holidays. Very tasty!
All kind of shops, cafes, everything what tourists need are just on the street near the hotel. It’s located in some distance from the street and has a green yard where they serve very tasty breakfast lunch and dinner
At the same time the price is really affordable for both accommodation and meals. She pays a lot of kind attention to each of her guests and helps in all the situations. We family with 2 kids felt being at home
Our family with 2 kids spent great time in this friendly hotel. This 3 floor hotel is located less than 5 min walk from the seaside. The first floor is a host’s kitchen and guests’s kitchen and dining room
The hotel is run by a very nice lady named Lily. She is speaks fluent English and French and is a highly educated and cultural person. She traveled to Europe and trues to have high standards at her hotel
All the hotel is very clean, all the bed clothes are very clean and even mattresses and blankets are freshly washed. There are park and playgrounds in vicinity
Located in the very center, everything is near the sea of shmore and so on. The hostess was friendly in everything.

Both Georgians from other regions and foreigners stay here. The hotel has a great restaurant, where Daria makes excellent trout and kharcho. However, don't order her khinkali, as it's made with pre-cooked ingredients
The rooms and bathrooms are clean. Kitchens are shared on each floor, which has four rooms. The view from the window is of the sea or a meadow where cows graze. If you don't like dogs, it's best to avoid this place
Jessie, the main cheerleader, gave birth to three babies, who brightened up our vacation. The local dogs are very playful and can keep us company on the beach, for example, during a game of "catch the stick" =)
A wonderful place, away from the hustle and bustle, noise! The sea is 3 minutes away, the hotel is clean and adapted to all the needs of vacationers!!! I really liked it, we will definitely come back here!!!
It's wonderful to meet people who adhere to such Christian ideals: "to do good, to be rich in good deeds, to be generous, ready to share" (1 Timothy 6:18). It would be great if there were more people like him
THIS HOTEL DESERVES 100 POINTS!
The location is top-notch – just 2 minutes from the sea! You're unlikely to find a better value in this price range. The owner, Oleg, and his wife are incredibly friendly

We received wine as a welcome gift. Each room has air conditioning. The owner is a very attentive and friendly person. Cleanliness, coziness, comfort. beautiful views from the balcony
Beautiful, neat house. Hospitable hosts.
The staff were very kind and helpful, some of them spoke English so we had no problems. There were shops and restaurants nearby so it was a convenient location. The sea was also close by.

The bathroom was well-renovated. A wonderful view of the sea from the window. Even in the cold month of February, it was warm. The room had air conditioning and a heater. Security cameras at the hotel entrance
Both the front and private doors can be locked. The kitchen was well-renovated and had beautiful dishes. The hosts were very nice, and everyone was hospitable
Another important thing is the location. Everything is within walking distance (shops, market, banks, the sea, cafes, etc. ), which is very convenient! I recommend!!!
The room has a large double bed, a small refrigerator, a desk, and a Smart TV. The plumbing is in good working order. The apartment owners are very responsive and respond promptly to all requests
The staff was incredibly kind and very helpful. The hotel’s location is perfect and we were extremely satisfied with the overall hygiene and service.
The only thing missing is probably tea mugs - there are simple glasses, but you can't pour boiling water into them) We lived on the 3rd floor, the windows overlooked the road, it will be difficult for those who are light sleepers to fall asleep, but this did not bother us
At our request, administrator Lika changed us to a room on the third floor with a balcony without any problems!!! There are no barriers in the shower, so there was water everywhere. There was no wardrobe in the room
There is parking near the hotel. The cook tried very hard! Donuts, apple pies, muffins, eggs, jam, cheese, buckwheat, pasta, salads, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, cutlets, sausages, tea, coffee, sometimes peaches
Drying clothes was no problem) At night we didn’t hear any outside voices, it was quiet. You need to cross 2 roads, about 6-8 minutes walk. The hotel has a swimming pool and it helped out when there was a storm
The iron was on the ground floor and if you need to iron it, no problem. Free) They gave us a blanket without any problems. This is not the first time I’ve given up, I took a rope and clothespins
I rested with my son for 14 days from July 17, 2023. We arrived early in the morning and were checked into a room on the second floor, which had no balcony, a mattress with iron springs
The mirror is only in the bathroom, it wouldn’t hurt in the room either)) There was cleaning, towels and bed linen were changed upon request. Toilet paper and soap are provided
Set on the beachfront in Kobuleti, Herman has a garden and free WiFi. Boasting room service, this property also provides guests with a terrace. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, a shared kitchen and currency exchange for guests.
The room has a flat-screen TV (I didn't check it), a small refrigerator (the main kitchen is downstairs), a wardrobe, a table, a chair, two beds, a small balcony with a beautiful mountain view, and air conditioning (more powerful than the room size requires)
The rooms are decent, the hosts are kind. No one bothers you, everything you need is there. The location is very convenient, with several good cafes nearby and the sea very close. The price-quality ratio is excellent!
This room on the 4th floor is a double room with a spacious bathroom and good water pressure. It's not too big, but it's not too small either. The beds and pillows are comfortable and clean, and the towels are soft
There are shops nearby, the sea is a 5-minute walk away, and the city center is 5 minutes away… overall, the location is good. The hosts are very welcoming and hospitable, even too much so
Thank you for your hospitality!
You can find more photos and reviews on Booking. I didn't have time to take photos, but the photos and the actual location match
The owner is a mean fellow, insists on canceling the reservation and paying in cash. The bed is uncomfortable, the mattresses are worn out. There are condos and a small refrigerator in the room

David, and their entire extended family for their support during very difficult times
Incredibly kind hosts! Hospitable, friendly, and passionate about their work! It felt like we'd known each other for a long time. Everything was beautiful and cozy
Thank you so much! You warmed our hearts, scorched by war
