Very quiet, with large suites. Fridge, tv and hot water. Picturesque view on sea.
If without special claims) the place is excellent) to the sea 1 minute)
Ancient palace built in the style of the most famous European palaces with a large garden that can be visited entirely with the guide. Inside the building you can admire ancient furnishings and period weapons
It looks like a Soviet-era cafeteria. The food isn't very tasty or varied. The windows and balconies face the street, which is the main street, so it's polluted and terribly noisy, making it impossible to sleep
The rooms are clean (at first, and then you run after the cleaning lady to change the towels or clean anything). The service is fine, and they treat guests with respect. They cheated with the kitchen
Unexpected gem in Kobuleti!
Service was amazing — fast, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The khinkali were absolutely delicious (just keep in mind, they’re a little spicy!). The BBQ portions were huge and perfectly grilled
We are now vacationing in Kobuleti. We go eat and relax in the evening in this restaurant. Very kind owners and people who work there. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Unfortunately the photo is not available
Came here on a recommendation. I was hesitant at first because of the ratings, but it turned out to be a really good spot. I had the khinkali and liked them. I’ll be back!
My favorite Georgian dish, “Ajapsandali”, is made amazingly in the beach. My biggest recommendation for the local cuisine ☀️🫰🏻
Add to that the beautiful seaside view, and it made for a completely unexpected and memorable dinner
I went there for a party on September 2019, really I like the place , especially the view
Family Store Summer Store is located in the center of Kobuleti, on Agmashenebeli Street. Special mention should be made of the hosts who try to create all the comforts for the guests
The store is right near the entrance to the house, from there you can immediately take the minibus to Batumi and be there in 25 minutes :) I recommend ♥ ️
We rested from September 1 to September 11. The hosts are wonderful, sincere people, exactly 1 minute to the sea
Very good excellent friendly hosts to the sea 30 seconds and the rooms are spacious. Recommend!!!
The house is close to the renovated boulevard and it takes exactly 5 minutes to get to the sea
Very nice hosts, great atmosphere, highly recommend!
Amazing hotel! Very friendly staff a specially Vato and maia.good food! Very close to the beach! I really recommend to stay there ! Thank you guys for everything! Definitely we will come back!
From outside is not so nice but indoor it’s much nicer. But it just seems to be nice and modern, in reality it’s just reconstructed in cheap way
Sleeping with the sound of waves. And try the best handmade foods and cultural foods. The foods are even better than most of the restorants. I fell in love with the people who works there
Good service and food
Weak connectivity
Our room was clean when we arrived only we got just 1 roll of toilet paper for the whole week so we had to ask for it almost every day (they only give you one roll…) Nice balcony view and great location
At the end of September is quite cold here and would be nice to have a heating option at room
During the summer you have quick access to the beach
The soundproofing was decent; we didn't hear anyone in the neighboring rooms, only the rooster crowing in the morning and the neighbor repairing his car. Cafes, shops, a market, and the beach are within walking distance
There are several room options: slightly larger ones cost about 10 lari more. Slightly smaller ones are correspondingly cheaper
The rooms were clean, with a shower, toilet, air conditioning, and TV. Parking was never a problem, and we drove around the area every day to see the many attractions. We'll definitely visit again if we get the chance
The hosts are kind and caring, always ready to help and make your stay pleasant. The rooms are modest, but have everything you need: air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, a shared kitchen, and a washing machine
Our room had a good mattress, but the pillows were feather (which could be a problem for those with allergies)
There's a large shared kitchen downstairs and a small additional kitchenette on the 3rd floor. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, there are large shared areas where you can hang out with a large group

Our room was spotless, with fresh linens, a sparkling bathroom, and everything neatly arranged. The attention to detail in maintaining the property was evident, and it added to the overall comfort of our stay
They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Hotel Estinia is a perfect choice for anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and welcoming place to stay
This hotel is on the top of my list of best stays ever. Location is perfect, area around the hotel is very green, so you can enjoy walking around. Staff was very hospitable, feeling like you are at home
Hotel Estinia is truly a wonderful place to stay! We arrived very late at night, around 12am, but the staff greeted us with such warmth and made the check-in process quick and hassle-free
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. You won't regret, just come there:)
Nice and clean rooms, highly recommended! I was pleasantly surprised, the accommodation was great. Very attentive staff. The location is perfect- very good value for the money.
Beautiful place in the center of Kobuleti. From Kobuleti to the most central location. Near the park All around are entertainment facilities and restaurants. It's really possible to spend a good time and relax here
A good hotel with all the amenities. There is a wonderful style of the hotel and a free restaurant. You can eat in case you do not go anywhere. The hotel has an elevator, which is very convenient with 6 floors
I found accommodation in a nearby guest house (40 GEL for two plus two children for free, breakfast, lunch and dinner included)
I was on vacation in July. Excellent and friendly staff. Good service. Even more than the cost of food. You can rest in peace.
this is one of the best hotel what i have ever seen, its not expensiv an its verry comfotable.
The only minus for some is that the room is compact and the toilet too
Lunch is a la carte, 20 GEL per person. There's a swimming pool on site, under a canopy, so the water is always relatively cool. Overall, the hotel is very nice. The hostess, Dali, is very welcoming and attentive
The rooms are very comfortable: they have everything you need for a relaxing stay—comfortable beds, air conditioning that's a relief in the heat, and reliable free Wi-Fi, which is also essential
We had a triple room; it was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. There's a pool and a large terrace both upstairs and downstairs
The beach has large pebbles, and there are also some fairly large rocks in the water. The room is spacious, with a full bed for each person. Cleaning and linen change were excellent
Breakfast was included (tea, coffee, porridge, various types of eggs, sausages, several types of cold meats, and one type of pastry or cookie). It was the same every day, but there was always something to choose from
I especially liked the relaxation area on the third floor—you can spend an evening there, sitting in a rocking chair, chatting or reading, enjoying the pleasant atmosphere
Located in Kobuleti, 200 metres from Kobuleti Beach, Hotel Amirani provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a bar and a garden. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a children's playground.
Stayed in the older rooms but it was clean and good. Staff were very friendly. Food was great. Dogs a bonus.
Georgia is certainly a less developed country than Western and European countries, so the quality standards are different. From what I gathered during my experience, this hotel is good quality by Georgian standards
As mentioned, there are two swimming pools, which is definitely a plus; The only thing is, I don't know how clean they are or what the hygiene standards are. I just noticed that the water has a lot of chlorine
Overall, however, I had a good time. The most important thing in a trip for me is the experience. Georgia is a beautiful country, and what I think is fundamental is the ability to adapt!
A positive aspect of the rooms is the incredible view of the Black Sea from the balconies: the hotel is just a few meters from the beach, so the location is a big plus
The hotel itself is well-designed and very large, with two swimming pools and a dining room. Speaking of food, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style
Located in Kobuleti, 200 metres from Kobuleti Beach, hotel Delux provides accommodation with a terrace and free private parking. At the hotel, each room includes a balcony.
I don't know for sure if it's this hotel or not, there's a delicious cafe we've been going to for the third day, they make potatoes with beef cutlets, it's so delicious you'll hurt your fingers
The host was very welcoming and offered wine and chacha. Rooms were cleaned upon request, and the food was varied, with something new every day. The portions weren't huge, but you definitely won't go hungry
The hotel is located close to the street, but slightly recessed, so street noise is virtually inaudible. The location was also very good: there are plenty of cafes and shops nearby, and of course, the sea!
We really enjoyed the three meals a day at this hotel. Home-cooked meals, large portions, and the menu was never the same during our nine days at the seaside. The dining room staff was pleasant and polite
I'd especially like to mention waitress Lika, who was very attentive and quick in setting tables for a large group of vacationers. The rooms are bright and spacious. We liked the furniture in the room
And the noise of the main street did not bother us, because the hotel is located deep in the territory. A comfortable room with everything you need is furnished laconically, but tastefully
You can't hear the noise of the machines. The only thing is that the noise when flushing the room upstairs is really very loud, but if you close the doors well, then it's fine
Great hotel, just amazing🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
To the sea 5-6 minutes maximum, breakfasts, lunches are varied, hearty
The area is well appointed, the pool is clean
Bachi and Khatuna, surround them with such care that it seems that you are somewhere with loving relatives ❤️🥰👍 they help to make your vacation as comfortable as possible, they even helped us with business contacts))
My very best recommendations, we will definitely come back again :)
The coffee is delicious, we learned that we love Turkish and cooked us individually for breakfast❤️
The rooms are spacious, I recommend taking with a sea view, you just admire the beauty of the landscape every morning
Nice resting place, pleasant hosts. Friendly, welcoming. They monitor the cleanliness of the territory.
The breakfasts are delicious.
Rooms are cleaned as needed
Separately, I would like to say for the hospitality of the hotel owner - such a warm welcome, assistance in all matters. You do not often meet such hospitality
Very good hotel. Great reception) Good service. Delicious food. Large pool and recreation area as a whole. I recommend!)))

It's not a buffet, but you won't go hungry to start your day (either scrambled eggs with sausage or buckwheat with sausage, sauces, vegetables, watermelon, tea/coffee, and a pie. It's perfectly edible and sterile)
Below, there's parking, a green area with palm trees, good sun loungers, and chairs and tables under the canopy. In short, it's a decent budget option
A wonderful hotel that pleasantly surprised me in every way! 🏖️
The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the sea. The rooms are new, clean, and cozy, and there's an elevator, which is especially convenient
The room has everything you need: a new refrigerator, not the smelly one that often happens, an electric kettle, cups and saucers, and water glasses, air conditioning, a TV, towels, and a closet with 12 hangers
It is not located on the street itself, so it is quite quiet here. Built recently, obviously, according to a design project, decorated laconic and tastefully. The area is small, but everything in moderation
The pool and sun loungers are a big plus, the sea is nearby, shops and restaurants are nearby, and the central park is nearby, where events are often held. Our room had a stunning view of the mountains
The place has a cozy yard. It is less than 5 min walking distance from the sea. There is a park right on the other side of the street. Many shops and eating places around.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Host is very friendly. Food in cafe is delicious.
Nice place, nice people. Great location with lovely pool.
We stayed at the end of August. It was a studio room with a balcony facing the courtyard, so you couldn't hear the street. Central Park and the beach were right across the street
Good place - kitchen, washing machine, personal shower. Adequate price. Discount for a long-term rent.
Our family stayed here twice: in mid-June 2024, en route to Turkey, and in early July 2024, en route back from Turkey. Before our first stay, we checked out about 10 guesthouses and chose this one
Wonderful hotel, hospitable host and staff. Everything is clean, comfortable, large room, comfortable shower and a large balcony overlooking (well, almost) the sea, where it's just cool to sit in the evening
The hotel owner is simply amazing! He is hospitable, always happy to help and offer advice. We initially stayed in a single room, and the next day he upgraded us to a room with a sea view
After the first night, without hesitation, they extended another 2 and would have stayed further, but the room was already taken (
Definitely one of the best hotels on the coast!
And we were right!
A great place on the outskirts of town for a relaxing family vacation. No unpleasant odors of dampness or mustiness. A good beach is a 5-minute walk away
Next door is a small store with reasonable prices. Across the street is a good bakery. Several cafes are within walking distance. There's a currency exchange office nearby
