Inexpensive hotels in Kobuleti

Great place. Right by the sea. The owner, Gogi, is a very kind and hospitable person. The rooms are nice, the menu is delicious.

The hotel is new, the room is quite large. The Wi-Fi works with four channels, but not all floors have a password. The room does not have an electric kettle, microwave, or kitchen utensils

Breakfast is okay, but it's very late, at 9-10 a. , apparently, because they don't want to get up early. The owner's son at reception does everything he can, without meaning to

The rooms are cleaned twice a week, but the towels haven't been changed even once. The good location and the hospitality of the owner, Ruslanych, are what keep the hotel going

The rooms are very average and in need of repair. The beds are terrible, and the mattresses need replacing. The owner is a good man, offering chacha and wine every morning

You can be rude to him, and then in the evening, he'll offer to take you to a disco. In short, he's a poor, ill-mannered rich kid, if anyone's there, give him a slap

There is everything an economy-class tourist needs: comfortable sleeping, clean bathrooms, access to a tourist kitchen, and an owner who will help you with any problems.

There's a kitchen, but the plates and other utensils are rusty and unsightly. We brought our own, so it was fine. The bed sheets are rough and unsightly. The shower water drips a bit. ㅠㅠ The owner, Nino, is very kind.

The hotel is a bummer, but the price for the rooms is adequate. Equipment and furniture are out of order. In some places, the floor tiles are swollen and pose a danger to guests. Not a single door closes properly

Mold in the room, there are some kind of openings in the closet, there is no canopy over the room (we were in 403), rain floods the balcony. There is no one, you have to ask the waiters with questions

They almost do not understand Russian, English too, I constantly asked to bring drinks without straws (this is important for me), but to no avail

The hotel has accumulated many defects that need to be eliminated. The rooms have a strong cigarette smell

Of the pluses - good, hearty breakfasts and fast service; large portions in the restaurant

It looks like a Soviet-era cafeteria. The food isn't very tasty or varied. The windows and balconies face the street, which is the main street, so it's polluted and terribly noisy, making it impossible to sleep

The rooms are clean (at first, and then you run after the cleaning lady to change the towels or clean anything). The service is fine, and they treat guests with respect. They cheated with the kitchen

There are plenty of eateries nearby

Ancient palace built in the style of the most famous European palaces with a large garden that can be visited entirely with the guide. Inside the building you can admire ancient furnishings and period weapons

Unexpected gem in Kobuleti! Service was amazing — fast, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The khinkali were absolutely delicious (just keep in mind, they’re a little spicy!). The BBQ portions were huge and perfectly grilled

We are now vacationing in Kobuleti. We go eat and relax in the evening in this restaurant. Very kind owners and people who work there. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Unfortunately the photo is not available

Came here on a recommendation. I was hesitant at first because of the ratings, but it turned out to be a really good spot. I had the khinkali and liked them. I’ll be back!

My favorite Georgian dish, “Ajapsandali”, is made amazingly in the beach. My biggest recommendation for the local cuisine ☀️🫰🏻

Add to that the beautiful seaside view, and it made for a completely unexpected and memorable dinner

Family Store Summer Store is located in the center of Kobuleti, on Agmashenebeli Street. Special mention should be made of the hosts who try to create all the comforts for the guests

The store is right near the entrance to the house, from there you can immediately take the minibus to Batumi and be there in 25 minutes :) I recommend ♥ ️

We rested from September 1 to September 11. The hosts are wonderful, sincere people, exactly 1 minute to the sea

The house is close to the renovated boulevard and it takes exactly 5 minutes to get to the sea

From outside is not so nice but indoor it’s much nicer. But it just seems to be nice and modern, in reality it’s just reconstructed in cheap way

Sleeping with the sound of waves. And try the best handmade foods and cultural foods. The foods are even better than most of the restorants. I fell in love with the people who works there

Our room was clean when we arrived only we got just 1 roll of toilet paper for the whole week so we had to ask for it almost every day (they only give you one roll…) Nice balcony view and great location

At the end of September is quite cold here and would be nice to have a heating option at room During the summer you have quick access to the beach

The soundproofing was decent; we didn't hear anyone in the neighboring rooms, only the rooster crowing in the morning and the neighbor repairing his car. Cafes, shops, a market, and the beach are within walking distance

There are several room options: slightly larger ones cost about 10 lari more. Slightly smaller ones are correspondingly cheaper

The rooms were clean, with a shower, toilet, air conditioning, and TV. Parking was never a problem, and we drove around the area every day to see the many attractions. We'll definitely visit again if we get the chance

The hosts are kind and caring, always ready to help and make your stay pleasant. The rooms are modest, but have everything you need: air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, a shared kitchen, and a washing machine

Our room had a good mattress, but the pillows were feather (which could be a problem for those with allergies)

There's a large shared kitchen downstairs and a small additional kitchenette on the 3rd floor. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, there are large shared areas where you can hang out with a large group

This hotel is on the top of my list of best stays ever. Location is perfect, area around the hotel is very green, so you can enjoy walking around. Staff was very hospitable, feeling like you are at home

Hotel Estinia is truly a wonderful place to stay! We arrived very late at night, around 12am, but the staff greeted us with such warmth and made the check-in process quick and hassle-free

Beautiful place in the center of Kobuleti. From Kobuleti to the most central location. Near the park All around are entertainment facilities and restaurants. It's really possible to spend a good time and relax here

A good hotel with all the amenities. There is a wonderful style of the hotel and a free restaurant. You can eat in case you do not go anywhere. The hotel has an elevator, which is very convenient with 6 floors

I found accommodation in a nearby guest house (40 GEL for two plus two children for free, breakfast, lunch and dinner included)

Georgia is certainly a less developed country than Western and European countries, so the quality standards are different. From what I gathered during my experience, this hotel is good quality by Georgian standards

As mentioned, there are two swimming pools, which is definitely a plus; The only thing is, I don't know how clean they are or what the hygiene standards are. I just noticed that the water has a lot of chlorine

Overall, however, I had a good time. The most important thing in a trip for me is the experience. Georgia is a beautiful country, and what I think is fundamental is the ability to adapt!

A positive aspect of the rooms is the incredible view of the Black Sea from the balconies: the hotel is just a few meters from the beach, so the location is a big plus

You can't hear the noise of the machines. The only thing is that the noise when flushing the room upstairs is really very loud, but if you close the doors well, then it's fine

The coffee is delicious, we learned that we love Turkish and cooked us individually for breakfast❤️ The rooms are spacious, I recommend taking with a sea view, you just admire the beauty of the landscape every morning

It's not a buffet, but you won't go hungry to start your day (either scrambled eggs with sausage or buckwheat with sausage, sauces, vegetables, watermelon, tea/coffee, and a pie. It's perfectly edible and sterile)

Below, there's parking, a green area with palm trees, good sun loungers, and chairs and tables under the canopy. In short, it's a decent budget option

It is not located on the street itself, so it is quite quiet here. Built recently, obviously, according to a design project, decorated laconic and tastefully. The area is small, but everything in moderation

The place has a cozy yard. It is less than 5 min walking distance from the sea. There is a park right on the other side of the street. Many shops and eating places around.

We stayed at the end of August. It was a studio room with a balcony facing the courtyard, so you couldn't hear the street. Central Park and the beach were right across the street
