This guesthouse is perfect. The owners are a friendly family. The rooms are super clean. It has a kitchen that you can cook there. The yard is fabulous. You can sit there near the garden and the trees and enjoy. The family is very friendly and kind and helpful. I highly recommend this beautiful guesthouse.

The Guesthouse is very nice. The little yard gives the opportunity to relax in the shade and the rooms offer a good clean accommodation. Parking is no issue on the street there is usually a space near by. We loved our stay here!

We had the most wonderful stay here. it truly felt like a home away from home. The lovely lady who runs the place, along with her kind son, welcomed us with open hearts and treated us like part of their family. Their warmth, generosity, and genuine hospitality made our experience unforgettable. The house was clean, cozy, and filled with positive energy. We’re so grateful for everything and would absolutely recommend this place 100%.

Cute place with extremely friendly host Misha. Room was clean and comfortable. The location is not too far from the beach, it needs around 15 min. And the main thing - price is quite reasonable.

Very nice place, neat and compact. The owner Misha was very nice and caring. We asked and called a lot and he was very patient with us. I recommend this place to anyone coming here

We stayed at 2018 september and it was comfortable and peacefull. when we were staying, there lits of diffrent people in different rooms so there was a friendly place. If i go to batum again, i ll stay again there. There is kitchen to use guests. In every room has baths. The owner knows engilish so there is no comminication problem. I can suggest this place to stay. Batum was our first abroad holiday by hitchhiking. You can stay there inner peace.
