We chosen this place for it location, but comes out it is so cozy, frienly anf "feels like a home " place. Nice big and clean room, free laundry, big bright dining room with kitchen, where you can cook or warm up your food. Big fridge is there for your needs in addition to your fridge in the room. Very reasonable price for this kind of staying. I would highly recommend it 👌.

The owner and his family are friendly and helpful. They speak English very well. We had booked a double room but were given a triple at no extra cost. Location is grate, you can walk to Batumi boulevard and famous attractions. The room and corridors are well decorated and clean. Breakfast was varied and adequate. If you travel by car you can use street parking around the hotel. WiFi was excellent.

Affordable but with some issues. Couldn’t connect to WiFi. Shower did not drain. Room had one overhead light and no lamps. A little bit noisy. Good location. Breakfast wasn’t available on Sunday.
