Royal Casino & Hotel in Batumi

We visited the casino on our Batumi trip, it was our second time in casino and the first time was terrible in Bucharest.
This time it was different - the staff was friendly and everybody smiling and welcoming. We had a small tour by the manager and they had a promotion where we could place first free bet on the roulette - my lucky brother won 100$ 👏👏 The staff was happy for our winning. We kept playing for the rest of the evening, slot machines are interesting and fun, there is also an automatic roulette machine which was fun for us to play together.
Overall it was very nice experience, we had some free drinks and free buffet, which was surprisingly good and fresh.
Great job to the management and the employees for great service, friendly faces and an unforgettable experience we had. 🙏❤️

We arrived at the hotel and received a warm and caring attitude and helped us with all our equipment for the rooms introduced us to the spa.
And they explained to us about the room. They made sure we always had everything and nothing was missing They always took care of us and took an interest in us.
The casino is fantastic with exotic beauty and the staff are so good, dedicated and caring for the hotel's customers.

There is no doubt that I will visit there again with family and friends, I am very satisfied with them and the good experience I had with them♥️
