Authentic style, boutique hotel. The hotel rooms are very colorful and lively, that makes you unexpected then you get used to, like it makes you cheerful. The breakfasts are excellent and delicious, the staff is very sweet and very kind. I sprained my ankle and was hesitant to ask for help at first, but then I couldn't resist and asked for help and they were very helpful. Even your friend wouldn't bother themselves to find a pharmacy for you at 2 am, though. Most of the family member knows English so it's very easy to get along. Thanks for the hospitality and kindness.

The owner and his family are friendly and helpful. They speak English very well. We had booked a double room but were given a triple at no extra cost. Location is grate, you can walk to Batumi boulevard and famous attractions. The room and corridors are well decorated and clean. Breakfast was varied and adequate. If you travel by car you can use street parking around the hotel. WiFi was excellent.

Very comfy place to stay and the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Strategic location to get around the city all within walking distance.

Very cute family-owned hotel. Not luxurious at all, but quiet, cheap, and well positioned. It is filled with lovely paintings that give it identity. Recommended for a cozy experience on its price range.

This hotel is part of the reason why I am coming back to Georgia.
This hotel is placed in the heart of the old town. And a 5-10 minute walk to everything. The best part for me personally was the breakfast, authentic Georgian breakfasts and all of the staff. They were so helpful with everything. They was someone constantly there 24/7 to talk to . My friend and I went for a wedding and i felt so at home when the staff would see our outfits and tell us how amazing we looked. They greeted us with a smile everyday and were so polite. They offered taxi service to my friend and even to me however I chose to walk to a bus to go to the airport. The hotel itself was well priced and worth every penny . It’s a beautiful hotel and it’s run by a family. To the gentlemen who speaks English, you are a wonderful man and you speak so well, along with the gentlemen who cooks breakfast. To the lady who cleaned our room daily , she taught us many Georgian words, which helped us get around easily. The room itself had everything you need. Two girls got ready for a wedding so you can imagine how hectic it was getting ready, and the room was perfect for us both.
I can’t thank all the staff enough for their hospitality. If I could I would give this hotel a ten out of ten.

We had a nice stay at Dzveli. The owners even transported us from and to the railwaystation for just Lari10, much cheaper than any taxi. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The TV has a wide range of programs to watch. The guesthouse is nicely decorated and has a great selection if art on display. All in all, we got good value for money.
