Description

It offers a limited number of rooms including Standard, Superior, and Run of House types, some with garden or sea views. The hotel features a tiled pool and a large terrace overlooking the sea, contributing to a relaxed atmosphere. Guests have praised the friendly and attentive service, particularly highlighting the owner’s personal involvement and helpfulness. The interiors are described as clean and neat, with attention to detail in furnishings. Breakfast includes savory options and strong Georgian coffee made to order. However, the hotel is situated very close to a railway line, which causes noise and vibrations when trains pass, affecting night rest. Rooms are reported to be small, and some guests found the beds uncomfortable. Access to the beach is controlled by a key held by the owner, which can restrict spontaneous visits to the sea. Overall, the hotel suits travelers looking for a quiet seaside stay away from crowded resorts, with direct access to a pebbly beach and a pool.

Reviews
On our first night, our friend became ill and had slept so badly, she had to leave the hotel. When we explained this to the hotel owner, rather than being concerned for our friend she was immediately defensive and unprofessional. Her first thought was to get us to a cash point to pay.
The rooms are basic, we were in the twin, which was tiny and the beds very uncomfortable.
At night we appeared to be locked in, which is obviously very uncomfortable and unsafe
The owner appeared keen to cancel our booking on booking.com, to save on commission fees, we assume. All the while telling us we would reap savings. However she charged us exactly the same amount as the booking.com
On the first night we were given a bottle of wine as a gift from the owner, we were shown the fridges and also took two extra bottles. The next day we told her we had taken the extra bottles, she then charged us way over the actual cost.
On the day we left, we had staff harassing us to pay for wine. We explained we had paid. On leaving the hotel we were texted by the hotel owner, accusing us of stealing wine!!
This place is definitely best avoided, a mixture of faulty towers meets bates motel
The only positive: the location, practically on the seafront, just two meters from the beach.
Otherwise, many negatives:
• Very small rooms, some even claustrophobic.
• Virtually no cleanliness: the room was tidied up and towels changed only at our insistence.
• Poor management: the owner was rude and inattentive to guests' needs.
• Truly disappointing breakfast: only a few savory options and no sweet options.
It's a shame, because with better management, it could be a good place given its location.
The hostess Nona and all the hotel staff are wonderful and very helpful people! The cuisine is beyond praise !!!!
I recommend this hotel to everyone!
But what's the point if you can't go out to sea when you want.
In the morning, early and late in the evening, the passage to the sea is closed with a key, the key is with the hostess. If you want to see the sunrise at sea, you need to ask to leave the key. If you forgot to ask to leave the key in the door today, then the next day the passage will be closed in the morning. Only the mistress has the key. In the evening, for some reason, the hostess also decides that it is too late to go to the sea🤦♀️.
By the way, the exit from the hotel is also locked in the evening with a key. The hostess also has the key.
Breakfasts are included in the price. At the same time, the breakfasts are not tasty - buckwheat, rice, sausages (the same throughout the stay), omelet, eggs in tomato sauce. Bagels, buns were often not fresh than fresh. Compote can be delivered unfinished since yesterday.
If you don't want buckwheat for breakfast and you go somewhere to have breakfast, then they are offended that they did not warn you since yesterday. This is pretty weird.
On the territory of the hotel there are refrigerators with wine, juices, lemonades. When you take something from these refrigerators, you need to go to the hostess and show what you took. Advice - be sure to write down for yourself what you took from these refrigerators. Because to the question “Have you signed up for a number? If you didn’t write it down, then how can you pay later? ” you get an incomprehensible answer.
Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!
