Green Hotel in Batumi

Cheap, but very distant from the city center. Some members of stuff speak okay english.

Really shocked with the service as well as the rooms. Luckily the guy has given me a refund. First point is that the place is called Green hotel not holiday house. Upon checking in we were given a room that looked pretty decent however when switching on the air conditioning it was not working. I have went downstairs to the guy at the reception to come and check he said he will come right away. While sitting in the room and waiting we noticed a big crack in the balcony door which is a bit concerning. After waiting for a while I went downstairs to the guy again and he was listening to music and chilling. When I asked him if he is coming he said he will come in two minutes because he was busy. I asked him nicely again to come and see the problem. He finally came and checked and confirmed that the ac was not working properly. He gave me another room and I noticed that the window was wide open. Tried to close it but it was impossible to do so, hence room will be humid and hot. He then showed me a third room and same problem with the ac. We decided to leave since there was no hope with this run down place.
