The elegant hotel is a five minute walk from the sea through the Park - great for recreation and excursions. You can expect comfortable rooms and a pleasant atmosphere.
Built: 2012
Location: in the center of Batumi, 5 km from Batumi airport, 120 km from Kutaisi airport, 7 km from the railway station.
Consists of a 6-storey building.
Only 15 rooms.
Beach: public pebble, 100 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas and sunbeds for a fee.

The tulle on both windows is torn, in roughly the same way. Dust on various surfaces - desk, closet.
Huge cobwebs near the window, feeling like they never cleaned the room.
Doors in the shower, do not close, and if they do close, the water gets on the floor because the doors are not completely closed. The doors are not the right size for the cabin.
Water accumulates in the shower and does not drain. There is hair in the bathroom, including a clogged drain in the shower stall.
There is no information in the room that the mini-bar is paid and what is in it at what cost.
Cold water in the washbasin, no hot water. To our request to turn on the hot water, did not respond in any way. Even worse, cold water in the bidet, there is no possibility to turn on warm, it is impossible to use such equipment. All of the above spoiled our stay in the hotel. The attitude of the staff, dirty and shabby room, and strange checks at us mini-bar caused the desire to put this hotel 1 star and no more. Although, the hotel is positioned as a four-star. I do not recommend to anyone to visit.
