New Wave Hotel in Batumi

We had a wonderful stay in New Wave Hotel at Batumi. The hotel maintained excellent hygiene standards, and everything was neat, clean, and well-organized. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming, especially towards foreigners. They ensured smooth arrangements, clear communication, and great hospitality, which made our stay very comfortable. Truly appreciate their efforts — highly recommended!
Just one thing i would like to suggest that If we could set the AC temperature according to our preference, our stay would have been even more better and much more comfortable, otherwise everything else was great.

Great hotel with a good location about 10 minutes walk to the beach. There’s a 24/7 convenience store right next to it and all the beachfront clubs and restaurants are a few minutes away.
Service is excellent. The staff who work there are great. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet too.
The rooms are spacious and there’s a smoking area outdoors on each floor.

We just arrived in Batumi with my family and checked into the beautiful New Wave Hotel. This is our first time visiting Batumi, and despite traveling quite often, we have never felt so genuinely welcomed anywhere else.

A huge reason for this unforgettable first impression is the Front Desk Superviser, Anna. She was exceptionally professional, caring, thoughtful, and always willing to accommodate our needs, making sure we were happy with absolutely everything. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made all the difference.

If you are planning to visit Batumi and stay at New Wave Hotel, I highly recommend asking for Anna — you will immediately notice the difference between an ordinary superviser and a truly outstanding professional. Anna, you are simply the best!

My experience at New Wave Hotel was truly wonderful and positive in every sense. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the service was excellent.

I would like to thank the entire staff in general; everyone was very helpful and kind. In particular, Mr. Omar was extremely cooperative and assisted us with everything we needed. Also, Ms. Ana and Mr. Saba were very kind, respectful, and always ready to help at any time.

Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely come back again.

The most wonderful hotel. I stayed here during quarantine in November 2020 and January 2021. They feed you to death. They bring a variety of dishes to your room three times a day. The first and second courses and dessert. Also cups and coffee, and tea in sticks with sugar. Orthopedic beds. Each room has climate control, which everyone sets for themselves. The cost of a room was 40-60 GEL. Now there is a swimming pool for 50 GEL per month. On the other side of the hotel there are isolated apartments that are also for rent. All new. In general, a super impression!!!!! Every time I drive or walk past, the best memories come to mind!!!))))

A very nice hotel. The location and the view are beautiful, especially as it is close to the Boulevard. The services are excellent. The reception and hospitality are professional, as well as the restaurant. The breakfast and other meals are delicious, but one day there was a birthday party and a lot of children, and the situation was very annoying and uncomfortable
in general. The hotel is perfect , but you must attention to these details Or put a special section for parties

Beatiful hotel with good service. Hotel location is also good and easy to get taxi there. Rooms are spacious and interior is nice.. Bathroom is clean and well equipped. Staff is very cooperative but there is language barrier because most of them don't know English well. The only drawback is elevator. Hotel has only 2 elevators which are not enough. Overall
