The Batumi Steps Hotel is well-suited for families and couples who value chic accommodations and proximity to the beach

Third one is used by stuff to clean up carpet at prime time(why not), and the last one, that I was waiting for 30 minutes, and the it was stopping on each floor all the way down, when it came to Ground level, and the next one P(parking since there is the button) was supposed to go to the parking, but no, apparently that one does not go there, so it went up again! Stuff did not bother even explaining...

Also, I’ve chose hotel, because I wanted to have a meeting room, they target that they have them, but at the property they told me that they don’t have a meeting room! Constantly problems with electricity, no light every day for an hour or so

I’ve sped one hour to get to the parking and had to walk stairs from 22 floor eventually. There are 4 elevators, one is only for stuff, second one was not responding at all

I don’t care how good is food there or the room itself, I rate overall experience - and it’s an awful experience

Its a new and the closest hotel to the beach in Batumi with friendly and helpful staff

If you like spending time on the not so crowded beach and enjoy the best sea and sunset and dolphin jumping views from the large seaside window and a balcony, this hotel is the best for you!

It's good hotel for summer holiday, far from batumi attractions you need a taxi to go to that side of the city but in a great location if you want to enjoy the beach

Really enjoyed our stay. The girls at front desk are wonderful and very helpful and always available. Rooms are great. View was amazing. Housekeeping is there every day if you need it. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

Very good. I washed all my clothes during my trip. It also has a dryer. I can cook my own food. The tableware is complete! Very good. The room is very big

It's a typical apartment-style hotel, with a washing machine with a dryer, a kitchen, and four bottles of water in the refrigerator. The three of us booked a large suite, so big it almost scared me

Staying in an apartment hotel for a day during a trip to do laundry is quite convenient. Location-wise, it's very close to major attractions within walking distance

For those driving, it has its own underground parking garage on extremely congested roads, which is quite good. However, you have to call the front desk every time you open or close the garage

Good location, underground parking, great view from the window and very tasty breakfasts. I want to come here again!!!

Also, driving into this parking garage requires some skill, as you have to navigate very narrow lanes lined with parked cars. Batumi isn't really suitable for driving

We stayed downstairs in the fourth floor, with a private kitchen and bathroom—very convenient! There's also a similar room upstairs, but it sleeps six. She also treats you to fruit from her own garden

The location is quiet and quiet. It's far from the center, but not far from the Tbilisi Sea. The metro and a market with delicious homemade produce are also nearby

I really enjoyed my stay here. Irena was very hospitable and provided great secure parking for my motorbike. She even washed my clothes that had for pretty grimy after the ride from England.

Everything was clean and tidy, and the hostess was welcoming and kind! She treated us to wine and a great meal upon arrival. The wine was delicious, by the way; we bought some to take home

They also provided us with food and wine, which was a very nice touch. You can park your motorcycles in the courtyard, which makes things more peaceful. I'll definitely stay there again!

They even customized our breakfast to be vegan/vegetarian friendly, and it was super delicious!! Their dining hall is absolutely beautiful, their pool is great , and their libraries/reading rooms are also amazing

Swimming pool is fine with sun loungers and a bar that is open all day long! Its location makes it convenient to have a car. You won't get anywhere on foot. The ride up is also a fun challenge

I liked the hotel very much, I recommend it to everyone, the service is top notch, a beautiful view of Tbilisi, a great pool and a pleasant atmosphere in general.

Upon the hill so ideal for couples and be sure of the GPS otherwise u will be on the edge of the valley,amazing view of the city and the breez there is a remedy in itself from ur balcony and all u need should be brought in advance since no shops nearby

We ended up choosing the green room, which has a beautiful balcony looking over Tblisi and is very spacious with nice wallpaper/decor. The resort staff here are super accomodating, and friendly

Good location but choose the one with a sea view otherwise the scenery is not good. It is clean and it has good facilities. But, there is no iron and washing machine in all flats

Where should I start from! Spacious rooms and excellently located apartment

The apartment is acceptable location in the center of the city but very crowded. Near to train station, fish market and Batumi cable car. Staff was so nice and helpful

Excellent rooms, everything works perfectly, delicious breakfasts, parking, swimming pool, views of Batumi. Forget about Sochi, Anapa, and other Gelendzhiks—you're wasting your money there

A small cozy and clean hotel with a swimming pool right on the waterfront. At a low price per room (100 GEL for four), breakfast is also included.

Brazier, swing, swimming pool, air conditioning in the rooms, their own separate shower rooms with a toilet, are pleasant positive options

At night, the sound of waves gives a special romance, as if we were spending the night right on the beach

And the territory is beautiful, the pool is cool

Since 2012, with my family (5 people), every summer we have a rest at the Gold Hotel and are very satisfied with absolutely everything. God willing, this year we will come here for the 8th time

We lived in a room on the 3rd floor with a kitchen, it was inconvenient to go there with a small child, they asked to move to the 1st floor, there is a shared kitchen for 3 double rooms, the owner agreed only for the same money that we have to pay for a triple room, he did not want to give in, in general, the hosts are uncommunicative, they will never ask if everything is fine with us, maybe we need...

The location in the midst of the lovely village signaghi is amazing, you can oversee an endless valley. The owner of kusika is supernice and welcoming, he offered us lots of his selfmade cha-cha (georgian spirit)

Beautiful views, warm, friendly service, amazing food. We will definitely stay here whenever in Sighnaghi, the suite is perfect for a special weekend or making any weekend feel special.

We stayed one night in their suite (with balcony and jacuzzy) and had a wonderful dinner. I will dream about this place my whole life

The owners are very kind people. There is a restaurant in the courtyard: delicious food and good wine. Clear sea, beautiful landscape and quiet village. Rested with a child, everything was very pleasant

When we moved in kitchen sink was leaking, kitchen valve was dropping water constantly, toilet was leaking sewage, there was constant smell of sewage in the bathroom because of poor sewage system design

Good location, 50m to the sea, across the road, but at the same time the house is on the second line from the road, near the border with Turkey, the traffic of trucks and buses is decent even at night

There is no anti mosquito nets on windows as well. Internet over WiFi is unusable, had to share Internet from mobile phone all the time. After we complained, kitchen valve was replaced and toilet leakage was fixed

The house is located on the first line, 2 minutes walk to the beach! The room is clean, bright, the furniture is excellent, the plumbing is new, everything worked! On the territory there is a place for a car and a veranda for relaxing and barbecue

The hostess is friendly and responsive. The rooms are modern and clean, Wi-Fi without interruption, each room has air conditioning. The stop is nearby, 30 minutes to Batumi, 5 minutes to the border with Turkey

Thank you so much for such a warm, homely atmosphere! On a regular bus we went to Turkey (thanks to Maya, she taught me) 15 minutes road, 30 minutes customs. In Batumi 30 minutes, by bus for 4 Tetri

We even walked a couple of times. A little further from the village are picturesque cliffs. The only negative is the proximity of the highway, sometimes you can hear heavy trucks

Nice Rooms close to the sea, tasteful breakfasts, affordable dinners, staff speaking Georgian and Russian but willing to communicate - although I was not speaking any of these I managed to have proper rest

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. It is great to see how the hotel is developing and offering new services for its guests every season

The house has the most beautiful view where you can enjoy stunning sunsets, a clean pool, and very comfortable beds. And the food… everything was homemade from scratch and absolutely delicious

If you walk a little downhill, you’ll find yourself on a wild but very clean beach. Staying with Lela was our favorite part of the whole trip to Georgia, and we truly hope to come back again

It was a massive surprise to see that reviews on google ( some of them ) do not fit to realty!!!! first of all the hospitality & owner & staff is more then amazing ,so no way those comments can be true ,second facilities are super modern and clean and I can not believe that someone can complain about service or premises ! Fake reviews are very unfair and it is a dirty game that is played just to destroy...

If you think you know something about hospitality - think again, but better come here right away. And the wonderful hearty and delicious breakfasts deserve special praise

Perhaps the best place to stay in Batumi. There are all amenities, but this is not the main thing. The main thing is the hosts who create a unique atmosphere

The waitress explained they were finely ground into the dressing. The bowl was so big, this could easily have served 2-3 people. I then had the Black Sea sea bass. I little firmer than Chilean sea bass I’m used to

Nice place 💫 Rooms with wonderful view. Hotel has big garden and outdoor restaurant. We were with two times here and same emotion, same experience. They also have small train to drop on the beach

I did not stay at the resort and just had dinner. The huge, tree patio area on the cliff overlooking the sea made outdoor dining a wonderful option. I knew my meal here would not be cheap

In the Infinity pool you are not allowed to take photographs while leaning on the edge. There are not enough sun loungers near the pool. We were on an all-inclusive basis

Beautiful view, but the area seemed small to me. There are 10 sun loungers on the beach. But there were no more people. The room is clean, but the style is a bit old

But still a light, flaky fish. And the bread, like so much Georgian bread, was wonderful. Great to soak up the extra salad dressing! Gorgeous sunset for a backdrop

The location was ideal and within easy walking distance of most things in central Batumi including the beach, promenade and the historic center

It's in a nice quarter, the rooms are spacious, room 22 has a beautiful balcony, room 23 is beautiful, in the kitchen you'll find everything you need,you have a washing machine and a beautiful view out of the windows, the atmosphere is familiar and peaceful

Very good not expensive hostel with wonderful backyard garden, clean dorms and bathrooms. Hostel is in a good location, close to the main attractions in Batumi. They speak Russian and English well

Lovely guest house meant for groups and families. Rooms were scrupulously clean and so were communal areas. There is a kitchen and laundry (washer) facilities available

There is now elevator, but it's one floor of a long sweeping staircase with very deep steps. This meant it was very easy to carry luggage and my toddler up and down

Staff also let me keep my stroller in the vestibule on the ground floor. Not at all fancy, but extremely homey and comfortable and I highly recommend
