White Sails Residential Hotel in Batumi

Clean and well-organized hotel with a nice, simple interior and a tasty, varied breakfast. The reception staff, Nika and Zura, were very kind and helpful. Hotel is recommended.

However, our experience with Al Arabiya Tourism Company and Sara was bad , unprofessional and not trustworthy.

A beautiful, clean, and fully equipped hotel. An amazing studio, spacious and comfortable, perfect for families, couples, or a couple with two children. Very central location in Batumi, close to everything. The service from Gio and Nika was outstanding – kind, professional, and truly wonderful. Highly recommended!👌🏽

Very nice and convenient apart-hotel. Stayed here in October/November. Great view over the sea from balcony. Good park nearby along the coastline. Studio rooms are pretty okay for short and long stays.

We were 4 nights in this hotel with my family in a big suite including two big rooms. The suite was very clean and fantastic and nice located in front of Black sea on the last floor having two nice balconies.
Suite was completely furnished including washing machine, ferre, microferr, electric kettle, fridge, spoons and forks and plates and glass, iron, vacuum cleaner, Including water hose for toilet, independent high speed Wifi, full internet TV favorite for children having youtube cartoons (Netflix was not free, but cheap 9 GEL), google play etc.
Room service is not daily. Maybe not favourite for somebody but they proceed upon your request. For example, Toothbrush is not normally included in room service, but we requested receptionist and they did ASAP.
All Receptionists are very polite and kind and skilled (not like turkey!). Generally people of georgia are mostly kind people. They realize tourists.
Outdoor Swimming pool is free but we could not use it due to cold and windy weather. There is an indoor pool but is not free (50 GEL per person).
The only negative point of this hotel is quality of breakfast especially for people who like to have a complete and various and colorful breakfast, like IRANIAN and ARABIAN people.
Breakfast includes minimum meals. Cofee is hot but Tea is always cold. There is not different juices and salads and breads and ... Online kitchen and oven like some hotels. There was only a type of Salad and Dolme that was so delicious.
Generally this hotel is very good hotel (not special hotel).
I recommend suite rooms for family.
