The hotel is in a good location, close to the European Square and the seaside promenade in Batumi. The hotel's service attitude is very bad. When we returned to the hotel at 9 o'clock on the night of check-in, the door lock of the room was faulty and could not be opened. There was only one staff member in the entire hotel, and the hotel card could not be opened. They said that there were no technicians at the moment, and proposed to open another room for us to solve it tomorrow morning. Because we had to return to Tbilisi early the next morning, the schedule was tight. In addition, all the luggage was in the room, and we could not rest at ease in changing rooms, so we insisted that the hotel find a way to open the door, but the hotel kept shirking and not doing anything. After 2 or 3 hours of delay, the manager came to the scene through Ctrip's coordination. At first, he was not in the attitude of solving the problem, saying that the door was originally good, so why couldn't it be opened now. It was not until 2 o'clock in the morning that the door was opened and the room was changed for us. During the whole process, we stayed outside for 5 hours. If the hotel had handled it earlier, the problem could be solved in half an hour at most. I would like to thank Ctrip here.
