Clean and well-organized hotel with a nice, simple interior and a tasty, varied breakfast. The reception staff, Nika and Zura, were very kind and helpful. Hotel is recommended. However, our experience with Al Arabiya Tourism Company and Sara was bad , unprofessional and not trustworthy.

It's kinda hard to locate and the location is a bit scary to go to as there's no light on the way. But the people there are very helpful and nice so no need to worry. The room is just ok.

Stayed at Axien Hotel for a short day stay and it was suitable for a one day visit in Kazbegi. The room was simple and basic, not fancy, but fine for a short stay. The balcony door had a small issue, which the owner said will be fixed for our next stay. No complimentary water bottles, so bring your own. The owner was very kind and helpful.
