Downtown There is a communicative and responsive staff, the administrators are also very attentive and detail-oriented, and they respond quickly. It is a very beautiful place and I really recommend you to visit downtown in old Tbilisi (Freedom Square). Good and beautiful, cozy environment.

It's kinda hard to locate and the location is a bit scary to go to as there's no light on the way. But the people there are very helpful and nice so no need to worry. The room is just ok.

We stayed for almost 10 days here and the room was clean with a strong wifi connection. The staffs are helpful and friendly particularly Nika and Izo. The Clock Tower, Liberty Square, and the Bridge of Peace are all within a ten to fifteen minute stroll from the hotel. Highly recommended. 👍🏻

Stayed at Axien Hotel for a short day stay and it was suitable for a one day visit in Kazbegi. The room was simple and basic, not fancy, but fine for a short stay. The balcony door had a small issue, which the owner said will be fixed for our next stay. No complimentary water bottles, so bring your own. The owner was very kind and helpful. I was with my wife and son. spent 10 days, felt like at home. Their food is very tasty. taxi comes very quickly. Hotel is always clean and plus if there are any doubt they act very quickly. This is a general nice hotel but the facilities and management could be better. For example at the breakfast there is a lot of people and too little space. They could learn a lot from western management and service. There are better hotels in the area for similar price.

This is more an experience rather than an accommodation. This Hotel is the only Soviet Sanatorium in operation in the city. It’s not perfect but it’s a rather unique experience to sleep in an historical place. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
