Most outlets were not properly sealed into the wall. You had to make sure to press it down while pulling out the plug. The mattress wasn't the best either, you could feel the springs

When we booked our room, we were promised a sea view, instead our windows faced a construction site of a skyscraper. The room itself was small, not much space to move around

The toilet is quite dark due to no lamp in shower area. No parking provide for hotel guest. Breakfast have to take at Euphoria hotel which is located 3 minutes by walk. This hotel is not accept credit card

Inside the hotel, there is also a lounge area with billiards where guests can relax, and a café, though we didn’t try the food there. I did, however, try their breakfast, which was healthy, fresh, and very enjoyable

I would recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone, especially for the outstanding service, which was the best I’ve experienced not only in Ureki but also compared to many hotels along the Batumi coast

I would like to separately note the quality of the food in the restaurant. Prices for lunches and dinners are the same as in neighbouring cafes, but everything is very tasty and comfortable cafe

The positive reviews about this hotel are real. Very attentive and helpful staff, cleanliness, order and beauty. We got a chic room, as ordered, with a view of the sea. There are no comments in the dining room either

The private beach is worthy of praise: one has only to stop and look around in search of sun loungers and an umbrella, as out of nowhere, a specially trained person appears and now you already have sun loungers and an umbrella installed

We had a family room with sea view and a huge balcony. They have their own outdoor pool as well

The balcony is the truly the best, it’s really big with a perfect view over the sea. The rooms are clean and housekeeping is doing a really lovely job

Breakfast is really nice and on request you can get diner, which is also great! Swimming pool is spotless, same as the rest of the hotel. The private beach is really clean and beds and sunshades are always there

The place also has a water park with amazing rides and jacuzzi pools, has a sea nearby for an evening stroll. So all in all its a good relaxing place

Excellent location for family or couple. Comfortable rooms, amenities, bathroom. Great helpful staff (especially Receptionist Mariam). We even got the birthday surprise we didn’t expect they’d find out.

Different stuff loaded in evacuation staircase. Fire safety perspective I would not recommend. Evacuation plan on the wall (1. st floor) doesn’t match real situation. We had 2 breakfast at the rooftop restaurant

In September oranges are ready and very good. But you serve orange juice from glass bottle. Waiters at the restaurant need some more training. I can’t finish up my request and they already run away

Although some points I would stress out : 1. Evacuation staircase fire doors are constantly open. In case of fire you are trapped. Fire doors are not correctly fitted into wall

They provide airport transportation for a reasonable price, I recommend you book with them. Even the laundry service is reasonably priced. I simply liked everything here and would come back again

It is located in the center, opposite the parking lot. Not crowded. Good conditions and most importantly clean and not expensive. I recommend it to everyone.

We ate on the riverside in the hotel grounds, assisted by a young waiter who went out of his way to be helpful and in English too. Good fried fish. Didn't go in the hotel or restaurant building.

I liked the cafe on the beach, we've been there 3 times. The waitress was always very friendly and quick. Schashlik, kebab, pasta carbonara and adjarian khachapuri are a must-try

Pkhali, vegetable salad and eggplant salad were quite big and good too. The fried trout and dumplings were just OK. There is a takeaway option without the 15% tip

The rooms are great, also you won't be spending much time in there because come in you can be at the beach in a second, waddaya want in that room

There is an air conditioner and mid-size fridge in the room. The TV was dismantled, but we don't care, and there is no time to watch TV. They have a beautiful backyard with pool, grass, trees, and sheslon

The parking is from another street, Rustaveli Street. There is an intercom to push and talk with the administrator to open the gate. The location is very convenient. Around 200 meters from the beach

I liked: Reception reacts to guests’ request extremely fast Cleaning service do their best (though u have to ask to make up your room) BUT 1) u have a kettle in the room, bit there is no tea/coffee and no cups/glasses 2) air-conditioning is very poor due to glass windows 3) it’s always wet on the bathroom even if u take a shower very accurate 4) breakfast is like u are in a charity house: boiled eggs...

We stayed here in our first Batumi stay. The manager was polite and speaks great Turkish. Very central and markets nearby. Breakfast is nice.
