Rooms are nice, no water, tea or coffee provided in the rooms. There is no room service, we stayed for 3 nights and the rooms were not cleaned throughout the stay. Breakfast is limited, mostly eggs, sausage, salad and jam/ cheese/ honey. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, close to everything you might need. Many grocery shops, pharmacies, atms, shopping stores, and others are very close. Plus it is 5 minutes walking to 6 may park and very close to the beach.

Carpets were kinda nasty and smells funny, blankets were uncomfortable and didn't want to use the ones in the closet cause it looked like it was ran over by 5 semi trucks. closets was moving on it's own (idk if the place is just haunted or not) but breakfast is amazing.

Great hotel with spacious room and nice view at the dining area. The hotel is only 11mins walk to Batumi Boulevard and beach which makes it excellent in terms of location.
Breakfast choices is limited but it’s understandable for a 3-star hotel.

Nice hotel. 5 mins walk from Black sea coastline. Rooms are nice. Tea and sugar were provided in rooms. Rooms were cleaned on request. Breakfast was ok and options were available. Staff was courteous. Enjoyed our stay here.

I liked: Reception reacts to guests’ request extremely fast Cleaning service do their best (though u have to ask to make up your room) BUT 1) u have a kettle in the room, bit there is no tea/coffee and no cups/glasses 2) air-conditioning is very poor due to glass windows 3) it’s always wet on the bathroom even if u take a shower very accurate 4) breakfast is like u are in a charity house: boiled eggs, cucumbers and tomatoes, sausages and old bread, instant coffee - better not to even try 5) when it’s raining water comes into yr room via large windows 6) carpets are dirty 7) the way to the beach is about 15-20 minute walk 8) they provided early check-in,but the room was not ready: hangers and shower amenities were unavailable (but were quickly delivered upon request)

We stayed here in our first Batumi stay. The manager was polite and speaks great Turkish. Very central and markets nearby. Breakfast is nice.

Best choice between cost/quality

Old and shabby accommodation. Mould in bathroom, only one out of three bed lights worked, broken glass on carpet, the room hasn't been cleaned in ages. When we asked to vacuum clean the room, the cleaner said that vacuum cleaner was broken. To be fair, they did bring a new vacuum cleaner later that day, and the staff was trying to accommodate guests' requests, hence 1*.

Rooms were good but the shower was not comfortable to use. Room service was ok ok and the in house restaurant closed early for dinner during my stay. Breakfast was mediocre.
