Disadvantages: The room facilities are not new, the sound insulation is not very good, the hotel is on a steep uphill slope, and you need to climb back to the hotel. Generally speaking, it is highly recommended
A few words about the hotel, new, clean, delicious, friendly, polite, smiling, beautiful but still with a magnificent view of Tbilisi!!! Special impression of sleep quality, the mattress was very comfortable and the wifi speed to 20 Mbps
This is a beautiful property with a stunning view across Tbilisi Old Town. Breakfast is delicious. If you're in Tbilisi, this is one of the best places to stay, if you can manage the steep climb up the hill.
It is only 100m away from Narikala Castle. It is also very close to the European Square and the Peace Bridge. It can be walked in 5 minutes. It is very suitable as the starting point of the city walk
The hotel room has a balcony with a very good view, and the night view is great. The breakfast at the hotel was pretty good, the service was very friendly, and the front desk spoke English very well
Lovely hotel with great views over the river from your balcony or the hotels rooftop terrace. The hotel has been decorated with elegance and an eye for the history of the location
I made a reservation at short notice for a night's stay. It was hard to tell at first glance that it was a hotel, probably because it was under renovation, and when I arrived the door was closed and I couldn't get in
Best place ever in tbilisi!! Very friendly staff !! Breakfast is best fresh food!! Clean and in the centre of tbilisi!! Just love it!! 24 hour reception available!! Taxi service best prices!! Next trip to tbilisi I will book HOTEL ISAKA !!
Nice hotel, interesting interior with mixed styles (vintage and modern), attentive staff Nika and Oksana. Family room was big, comfortable, warm and clean. Car parking in front of entrance, free
A simple but very well-located hotel, good for quick trips.
I called and they came out and showed me to my room
There’s a spa with a pool that has a great view, and everything there is clean, with towels changed daily. The hotel also has a restaurant, and our only remark is that the menu doesn’t have photos of the dishes
If you are looking for peaceful and quiet vacation, this hotel is a gem. The location is right in the middle of nature, away from chaos and noise. Just sitting in terrace brings a lot of calm and relaxation
Rooms are so spacious, bedding is comfortable. If I ever need planned to be in Batumi again, I would not even look for another hotel and would bring my baggage straight here
The food is beautifully presented, and you can see the chefs put a lot of effort into it, but without pictures, you don’t know that until it arrives
Nice hotel.. staff are very friendly, great and helpful . Room is clean. I like it
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. While the hotel offers a sauna and steam room, we were disappointed to find that they were not operational during our stay
” This small hotel (7 rooms) is right on the sea, with a lovely little tiled pool & very friendly service from the owner. I almost felt like an old friend. The 2nd floor terrace & pool patio are lovely seaside settings
Note there is no elevator for the 3 floors, and the railroad track is literally a stone’s throw away. And like most all Black Sea beaches, it is pebbly, not sandy. The hotel provides padded mattresses for the beach
The owner even drove me into both Chakvi & Kobuleti when she was going there, at NC. She has a friendly taxi driver who can come too. The most expensive room is wonderful, with a big balcony overlooking pool & sea
Awesome villa at the sea with direct access to a very clean beach. The owner took very good care of us, drove us to the next atm, gave helpful tipps and they cook great food :) Perfect place to relax!
Do you want to enjoy a comfortable place away from the coeds on the Black Sea? If you want to avoid the crowds of Batumi but be close enough to visit, Hotel Tramonto in ChKvi is only 15 km north
Good afternoon, we rested in this hotel for ten days, the hotel is beyond praise, everything is in its place. The interior and filling with everything you need is at a high level, everything looks very expensive, clean,
Set in Sarpi, 350 metres from Sarpi Beach and 2.8 km from Gonio Beach, Gulnazi Andria offers accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden. A car rental service is available at the homestay.
Breakfast was delicious and served until later in the morning in case you like to sleep in. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again
The hotel is rated 4 star, however it actually isn't with its facilities. But, whatever they lack in facilities, they make it up with the customer service
the best hotel and amazing staff! I definitely recommend everyone to get these emotions and this experience.
Thank you Bel Mare Hotel team and especially the courteous & kind people like Mariam & Luca
Great location, excellent service from the staff, and very comfortable rooms. Recommended!
Excellent hotel! Employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I forgot my keycard in the room twice and they were very helpful and accomodating
Really good hotel with a little cafe on the first floor, I was on 4th floor so view was most beautiful ever ! Sea was 5-8 minutes walking, pharmacy is 10 minutes walking. And market is in the middle of those ways
Highly recommended, great hotel with friendly staff near sea ⛵⛵
Excellent family style business with really warm kind personal!
The best among the hotels with very good staff and attention
Perfect place, amazing views, close to the beach..
Boasting a restaurant, bar and views of city, Hotel Salve is situated in Tbilisi City, 600 metres from Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace.
The staff is very helpful, what I loved most is the masseuse at their SPA named Tico, she has magical hands and treatment is affordable as well, clean room and near to everything Only there was no view but then since I was always outside it did not matter much
For kosher and non-kosher people one of the luxuries restaurant, food is very delicious, variety of food will surprise you. I recommend to everyone, enjoyed every moment
Hotel has every eminent for kosher people, you won’t regret and it is worth of every cent
I was very impressed with the size of the room and kosher food Was delicious
good location near the promenade, but 20 minutes of taxi drive from argo cable car. large and cozy rooms and food quality is fair.
Problems with the room weren't handled properly. We had to switch rooms due to a leak (!) in our room, the new room was better but had problems, too. Not enough pancakes in breakfast, each time they bring out ten units
Great location! There is a swimming pool. Everything you need to relax! Kobuleti itself is a very calm place. There are no entertainments like in our south
The hotel location is convenient, there is an elevator, the cafe-bar is good, but there are some minuses that the owners should pay attention to
The bed linen and towels are dirty, but when you pay 250 GEL for a room, the cleanliness should be appropriate. You have to leave it and it's better to leave the room alone
The sea view from the balcony is magnificent. 3) Good location of the hotel. 4) Very good and helpful hotel staff, it was always clean everywhere. 5) Private clean beach, the hotel provides sunbeds accordingly
They are running around with brooms, there is no vacuum cleaner here
The hotel seems to have been very good at one time, because they thought about branding, visuals and design. However, at this stage it is average. The hotel has an elevator, which is very convenient 🙌

Great place to stay in Ureki.
Close to the sea, black sands are awesome.
Service is good, food is tasty.
Rooms are clean, nice and comfy.
Defenetely will visit this place again!
Elena thank you for a good time!
The placement of the hotel is perfect, just near the sea. The swimming pool is only suitable for the smallest kids
I would like to write a review about the restaurant. All products fresh, therefore delicious! Most of all we liked ajaruli khachapuri, salads, barbecue meat, desserts, GEORGIAN Bier and wine🤩
Special offer was desserts like Tiramisu also milkshakes and smoothies. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone, especially for families with kids as there is a special children’s menu
On the territory there is a comfy fenced place where there is a trampoline, kid's corner and nice pavillions. There is a pretty good breakfast included. The rooms get often half-well cleaned during the stay
Cons: 1
There is no actually pool in the hotel - it's a kind of dirty shallow puddle. Some of staff members are really friendly and helpful (Nika, Beka, Roman), but some are indifferent and insolent like Elena, the manager
What difference does it make where it is, if it is a hotel with a location on the first line to the sea, just a 4-minute walk. You get a super warm attitude from the staff, very clean rooms
As for elevator coins, this is a common practice in Georgia; this is not my first time in this country, they are found in many places. I will definitely return to Royal Medicine again. Thank you for the warm welcome!!!!!
My family and I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. It feels like you are relaxing at home. Gorgeous terrace, which is a huge bonus. The staff was quite friendly and attentive. Nothing but good things to say
Where it is always calm, where they are always ready to help and advise (where to go, where to make manicure, where to buy fruit)
5. We have stayed in many hotels (Hilton, Radisson), but this is different
Everything is clean, cozy, tastefully done. Nice design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels. Beautiful view from the window. The photos are completely true. The staff is polite and friendly
And, in general, I want to note that the hotel is very clean and always smells nice. A gorgeous terrace, where we spent 80% of our evenings. You get to a family-type hotel
that's our third time staying at this lovely family run peaceful hotel with friendly staff, comfy rooms, kids yard, parking, tasty restaurant and 2 min walk to the famous therapeutic magnetic black sand sea shore, we would definitely be coming back to this sunny place again
Amazing staff very helpful and friendly. They have a welcoming family vibe. I will for sure suggest them to anyone who plans to visit Ureki. We will for sure be back in the off season! See you soon.
The sea is just across the road, all the shops are nearby, and there's a restaurant at the hotel
Pros:
- good sea and sand
- good hotel service, people are very nice and kind
- close to the sea
Cons:
- mud behind the hotel that smells on rain
- 75-90% humidity, hard to breathe
- hotel price 70$ per day was too much for Ureki
- after 4-5 days you will have nothing to do in Ureki, except swimming in the sea
- in the evening it is very noisy because of the sounds of cafeterias, parks and restaurants
A grand place to stay at when on a low budget good food. Loved the breakfast absolutely amazing staff, Really couldn’t thank them enough, the view was great.
Very hospitable hosts and staff, it was a pleasure to stay here. They responded quickly to all questions and were always accommodating

Set in Gonio, 80 metres from Gonio Beach, Hotel Temo in Gonio offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a bar.
I had a wonderful experience at Batumi Palm Hotel. The owner, George, and the management team, Henry and Inga, were incredibly hospitable and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay
This is the finest hotel in the city, as I experience a sense of comfort and familiarity here. The interior is both cozy and aesthetically pleasing.
We celebrated our 10th anniversary at Batumi Palm Hotel, and it was truly unforgettable. The room was excellent, impeccably cleaned every day, and offered an absolutely stunning sea view, perfect for watching sunsets
The pool was pristine and even had a water massage corner. It was a peaceful spot with great music. The sea was just a few meters away from the hotel, making it easy to take refreshing swims
This is a lovely hotel in a great setting with fantastic sea views. Our room was clean and modern with its own balcony facing the sea. The hotel also has a nice pool and terrace area
The restaurant and bar were top-notch and reasonable priced, offering a wide variety of local and international food and drink options. The hotel's location was ideal, with many shops and services nearby

We had a penthouse with a sea view! I recommend it
Excellent location: the airport is close, the sea is nearby, the air is cleaner than in the city center, public transport is available, a new park is not far away. This is a great hotel for lovers of silence
The glass wall in the shower was dirty. There was no clothes dryer either, but there was a washing machine. The windows did not look out onto the sea, but onto the backyard
We rented a room at a very low price, so it's a sin to complain. But there are some flaws in the room that should be fixed. A broken bed, a crack in the bathroom, but these are minor things
This hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. It provides an unforgettable stay experience thanks to its excellent services.
Many thanks to the hotel administrator Natie and son
The room had an exit to its own terrace (the only downside was that a building was being built nearby and it slightly blocked the beautiful view of the city). There are no complaints about the order in the hotel
It was absolutely fantastic; the bedroom offered a direct view of the entire Tbilisi cityscape at night. Crucially, the price was quite reasonable, and it was very close to the tourist attractions
I ended up spending an extra five or six euros buying it at convenience stores and supermarkets afterwards. The breakfast was plentiful, with coffee, black tea, milk, and apples
If you choose this hotel, get off the 337 bus at the airport, go to the coffee shop where you can exchange your photos for portraits, and then you can go straight upstairs
The convenience store behind the hotel, leading towards South Car Park, was also very cheap; bread was around 1 euro, and they even had large bottles of wine for 7 euros
The night and sunrise views were breathtaking; I even felt the 26-degree Celsius train fare was unnecessary. The breakfast on the 4th floor was excellent
