They had a very rude receptionist (a woman) who clearly doesn’t know how to speak to guests appropriately. She is the main reason I decided to write this review. This hotel is definitely not 4-star, 2 stars at best. I’ve never seen such a poor breakfast anywhere. The location and the pool are definitely good, and the room was decent, but everything else is basically non-existent. If they replace the receptionist, they might still have a chance. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The pastel was almost wet. The child got sick from this. Cleaning was not in the plans at all, you had to ask to be cleaned. The location is good, first line, that’s all. The hotel is probably 3 stars no more
