I really love the Green slide because that's the extreme slide, it's the most fun slide. They even have a sauna and 2 different colored pools

I don't know what else to say, I wrote a very long review because I love this place very much

The best hotel on Black Sea very different concept with lot of plants and healthy atmosphere. Highly recommend for families and children.

This is possibly the best aquapark and the best place ever, the slides are fun, the water isn't too hot or too cold, and I guess that's pretty much it

Family vacation in August 2021. Stayed at the Dreamland 1 apartment on the 4th floor with superb sea views

It is a good hotel in the first strip of the sea, the rooms are of normal size. In short, it is a good place to relax with the family.

But some negative moments I should mention: 1) cookware was awfully pure: there were about 3-5 plates in the shared kitchen, about 5 forks&spoons for all the guests 😐. So there was about a queue to use them for the meal

Very new hotel, the room can see the sea, very comfortable. The suite has a small living room, which is very convenient for dining and drinking tea. The front desk staff is also very friendly. Five-star recommendation!

There are many hotels in Batumi, but few are new, so there are not many choices. The staff are very warm and polite. The room is large and has a view of the sea. You can see the changes in the sea water in the morning

The breakfast is very average, not many choices, but after leaving the hotel, walk straight and turn right to find the architectural MacDonald. You should stay a few more days and enjoy it slowly

The room is clean and tidy with bright colors. Parking is free but the parking lot is not big. It is very close to the beach. You can walk to the pedestrian bridge when you go out

I have stayed in hotels in Batumi many times before, in terms of location and service quality, I think it was successful. I can definitely choose it again on my next trip.

Even the hotel reception tried to help me with every problem I had, and I was generally satisfied with its services. The rooms were clean and large. However, the bathroom and toilet sometimes smelled like cigarettes

The people who worked at the hotel didn't really speak English, and we always had language problems that were somewhat solvable with apps like Google Translate. Breakfast was good and acceptable

This hotel is relatively far from the city, and we generally had problems with transportation. Although the hotel is very cheap, its services were good and excellent in its own way

Overall, it is not recommended only because of the distance it is from the city center. But it is a very cheap and good option

This is a residential building where the entire 9th floor is dedicated to a hotel. The sea is a 2-minute walk away, there is also a 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, and many restaurants nearby

If you stay in rooms on the left side, you have a view of the sea, the sunset side

Overall, I think it's good value for money, with a terrace and sea view

There is a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer, disposable slippers. Room with a balcony, a view of the construction site a meter from the building and a little bit of the sea

We had little difficulty to find location as the picture we saw while booking was Restaurant photo opposite to location

Perfect hotel according price, very clean rooms, staff is very nice, even they will keep parking place front of the hotel for you. Food is tasty, you can ask whatever you want and they will cook.

The hotel is definitely worth the price for the off-season; we stayed in January. I can't recommend this accommodation during peak season; it's more of a convenient option for short business trips

Room cleaning and towel changes are available upon request. Very convenient location in the old town, near the port, with a sea view from the window; we walked everywhere

I stayed for a couple of nights and could have stayed longer! The room had everything I needed, was clean, and the plumbing worked well. It was even a bit warm inside (and this was in winter). The location was great.

Good location, close to the cable car. The hotel is on the 2nd floor, no lift, but they can help you with your luggage. I had the economy room and it was good, just as expected.

The hotel's location is excellent; our room overlooked the port. It's not large, but cozy. There's no elevator, so you have to climb the stairs.

I was in many hotels in Kobuleti. A wonderful place! Very polite staff. Special thanks to Masha! A professional in her field. Free sun loungers and umbrellas for residents, excellent breakfasts.

Conveniently located, they have their own cafe with delicious food, a pool in the yard and most importantly, great staff.

These apartments are equipped with modern facilities & amenities and when you do rent them make sure you return the apartment key in the same manner as you dont want to be paying for expensive furnishings or marbles due to accidental damage

The breakfasts are excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the entire staff are simply wonderful people. I never wanted to leave the beach or get out of the sea. Be sure to visit the Dendropark, it’s a real gem

I also really enjoyed the Musicians’ Park and the market in Kobuleti. Overall, this place is amazing — definitely come here!

Really nice and simple hotel right on the beach. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The staff are wonderful. They keep their beach clean and there are plenty of chairs and umbrellas.

Good hotel with kind and polite staff. The room was clean but there were some spots in the bedroom. The hotel is located near the Kobuleti Park, so it is very noisy all the time - especially, rooms with front view

Extremely kind hosts! Clean rooms, swimming pool, good price, near to the pebbles beach and restaurants. Not far from Batumi, black Sandy Beach and National Park.

They were very polite but the hotel was dirty and very loud couldn't sleep. 4 stars only because he was polite. Otherwise would have been 0.

We had a misunderstanding one evening where they didn't know we were expecting dinner, but another hostess, Miranda, asked what we wanted (she was very patient with my limited Georgian) cooked us up an amazing spread of food within 20 minutes! On top of all this, the sea is a 2-minute walk away, and it's clean and calm enough to swim in (on most days), even with young children

I can't say enough about it! The decor is so pretty and classy that it's a pleasure to just walk in the room, and yet everything is pretty sturdy and kid-friendly

The rooms have balconies with a little table and chairs, and a drying rack, convenient for wet swimsuits and other clothes. We often left the balcony doors open in both bedrooms to let in the fresh sea air

It isn't menu-style, you just request to have dinner or whatever meals you want, and they bring you an abundant and varied spread of tasty Georgian food! The main hostess, Pati, speaks good English and you can easily request a specific kind of food if you'd like

I Dont Get All The bad reviews for its price, its a really good hotel for a family vacation the food is amazing the rooms are too. they bring food really quickly and the service is great. its just the pool is too warm

The Khachapuri is not the best in the area but certainly is tasty as it is one of the Adjara staples. The grilled and stewed pork are good and perfectly colored. The fish is even better and perhaps the reason to come

This review is for the restaurant only. It certainly is a beautiful location almost at the Turkish border. Should you be here for any reason, in my opinion the restaurant is a very nice place to dine in the area

The red mullet is fresh, salty and perfectly fried, as long as the chef doesn’t mess up, you will enjoy it. I would not go out of my way to come here but you won’t regret if you are in the area and need a meal

It’s spacious and the food options ranges from Georgian dishes to European & Middle Eastern cuisines. Staff are friendly but it always takes a long time to get them to your table as it’s very busy

Sea level is low, water does not even reach the neck within a distance of 30-40 meters which is especially convenient for families with children

This is very quiet settlement with private holiday homes. Water is very clean, beach has magnetic sand, which is useful for health problems such as cardiovascular or neurotic disorders
