The hotel is located in a very beautiful area, super clean, and most importantly the employees specially the reception worker Misha, he was so supportive, kind and good listner. He welcomed us helped us and made our stay so convenient.

When we booked our room, we were promised a sea view, instead our windows faced a construction site of a skyscraper. The room itself was small, not much space to move around. Most outlets were not properly sealed into the wall. You had to make sure to press it down while pulling out the plug.
The mattress wasn't the best either, you could feel the springs.
In the shower one of the tiles was loose, everytime you stepped on it, there was a small fountain out of the water that accumulated underneath it.
The advantages: the price is ok, next to the hotel there is a large shopping mall, a park, and the beach.

Big problems with water and noise from the street. Nice bed. But there is no remote control from the TV. I don't recommend it

This is mid-size hotel in Batumi. Location is a bit outside of Batumi city center. Near the beach. Surrounding with several restaurants. There is shopping mall nearby. The room is clean and comfortable. It’s large size. The toilet is quite dark due to no lamp in shower area. No parking provide for hotel guest. Breakfast have to take at Euphoria hotel which is located 3 minutes by walk. Food is not variety. This hotel is not accept credit card.

The hotel is beautiful and it is located close to the public beach. it takes few minutes to go there, but you should across a boulevard and it might be dangerous for some people. The room was clean and comfortable, but the room service was not good at all, you should go to the reception to ask what you need, as they didn't answer their phone, and after that it was taking time to get your requisition. The personnel were not enough to serve all guests. The breakfast and dinner were very good and delicious, although the servants are not professional and enough to collecting the remain plates on the tables and prepare the table for next guests. They mostly had stayed to together and talked.
At the desk of reception there was only a young lady who her name is Ms. NANA, that was handling all tasks and I appreciate her help and assistance.
The hotel is far from see sights of Batumi and it takes about 20 minutes to go there by taxi, depends on traffic.

I spent 3 nights lately with my family. I cheked in to my rooms after waiting for almost one hour. Yes the rooms were clesn and ready but the servece is not satifactory comparing to 5 or 4 star hotel.
I called for dine in no one answered.
The breakfast is avarage,but the workers at that time were helpfull.
The Next 2 days no one came to clean
I called for TV remoat control i recived noghing tell chekout.
The hotel with this unaceptable service must be graded 3 stars or less.

Nice location of the hotel, seaview rooms should be booked. Room is basic, they don't get cleaned on daily basis though and you must ask for fresh towels even. Service is very poor, employees can't handle a fully booked hotel. Breakfast lines and not enough tables on peak days. This hotel has the potential for 5* with its location but has a long way to go working on service and employees to reach that goal.
