A good hotel. It's a bit far from the city center, but that's not a deal-breaker. The room is spacious, clean, and has everything we needed. We were given a room with a balcony and a nice view, which was a plus. Cleaning was done daily, with towels and toilet paper changed and water, tea, and coffee replenished. Breakfasts were delicious and varied. There's a rooftop terrace with a bar, hookah, music, and a beautiful view. We never used it, though. We decided to pop in before leaving the hotel just to see what it was like and were pleasantly surprised. We had an evening flight, so after checkout, we decided to leave our luggage at the hotel and pick it up that evening. The hotel doesn't have a separate luggage room, so we left it at reception, but everything went well. When we returned, our luggage was still there, and nothing was missing. The only downside to the room was the poorly designed shower, specifically the gap between the shower door and the glass partition, which allowed water to seep in and flood the bathroom while bathing. Otherwise, everything was fine.

It's actually a very small guesthouse, tucked away in an alley, so it's not easy to find a place to stay. I was driving, so parking wasn't very convenient either. Honestly, this quality would only cost around 100 RMB in China. There are quite a few hotels to choose from in Kutaisi, so I suggest you look around; I wouldn't recommend this one.

A wonderful hotel in Kutaisi! Our family has stayed here several times, and every visit has been just perfect. The host is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything you need. The location is excellent — close to the city center, attractions, cafes, and shops. There’s a lovely rooftop terrace with a stunning view of Kutaisi, especially beautiful in the evening. The hotel also has a cozy garden where you can relax after sightseeing and a spacious parking area, which is very convenient for travelers with cars. The atmosphere is warm and homely, everything is clean and comfortable. Truly the best hotel in Kutaisi — we’ll definitely be coming back again! 🌸

Stayed in a single room for 1 day. The views were beautiful it was looking at the city and the cathedral. The breakfast was nice nothing extraordinary. All of the staff were nice! The terrace had amazing views and the barman entertained us and made us delicious drinks. It was a good stay recommend!

This very reasonable priced hotel had a beautiful terrace overlooking the city. The breakfast was great, the ladies were on top of it. The staff was nice

Pretty hotel, peaceful area not far from center. The room is clean and all included - tea, coffee, water, toothbrush, slippers.. upstairs you can find terrace with drinks and music till 23-00. We travel with 3 friends and there are rooms with comfortable beds for 3.

Nice place…mind the roadworks…
This was a nice basic hotel with a good little balcony, the room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop bar has a sensational view of the sunset and the barman was really friendly. The staff seemed nice in general really. The only drawbacks were the breakfast was very basic and not great in selection or quality, and ( I appreciate this wasn’t the hotels fault) almost every street surrounding the property was being dug up for heavy maintenance, lots of the roads were closed making it hard for taxis to find the place and making the surrounding areas dirty and difficult to navigate. I know this wasn’t the hotels fault, but it was so bad I feel a bit of warning would have really helped, but other than that it’s a nice hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for one night while we were travelling from Batumi to Iblisi. The hotel is very basic, and the rooms are very small. The service is decent. Do note they do not have a full fletched restaurant and they only serve Breakfast in the basement and few drink on the terrace. The hotel serves as a good stopover but nothing much to expect on the views or rooms or food front. The room charges seemed to be higher because there are no other options available in the town. With nothing much to do at the hotel, we spent the evening taking a stroll on the city main roads.

Hotel with nice rooms and staff. terrace had panoramic view of the full region and the bar was full with different drinks. breakfast was nice and warm with very friendly ladies working there. rooms have big balconies with great views. I recommend this hotel to everyone in the world
