Service was fine, antique interiors, nice view.
Old broken elevator (3 person max), there were better rooms, but in ours was very cheep broken shower next to a toilet…

We stayed in this hotel for only one night on 2025-05-18, the hotel has very nice furniture, very :) just perfect interior :) but you have to wait for hot water :) had to soak under cold water :) which is perhaps not bad :) there is a lot of food, but in Georgia I had to taste even tastier :) Very hospitable host :)

From outside the hotel is looking very good. We lived in 5 floor with wiev to street. Only good in this place was the views to the city. In room the bed clothes were dirty. There are not shower curtains. I was upset about service in this hotel. The brekfast was poor.

We arrived at 22:00,the hotel looks very nice from outside, the reception is impressive too. However when we reached our room it was open, they provide only soap from bathroom utilities. No slippers, only one big towel. If you look at the bath it is small so water definitely comes to the floor but you have no slippers, no towel to put down there. Moreover when someone from the upper room takes shower water runs down on the wall. I thought it might be a mistake and wanted to call the reception, however there is no phone, so I just go to sleep and run away in the morning))
Update!!!! :
The hotel has old rooms on the 2nd floor and new rooms on the 3rd floor which are a lot better. That's why reviews are so different for this hotel.

This hotel is awful. The air condition isn't working. Beds, blankets and bathroom are old and uncomfortable. In front of hotel are farm where are hens and roosters. :D Also, here isn't bath, shampoo and bath gel. However, internet is wonderful. :D The main view which we see in the internet of this hotel is very beautiful but the real view in hotel is poor. Only beggar can live there.

Besides the view from the hotel, there's almosy nothing positive to say about it. The rooms as at first look nice but the blankets are cheap and not comfortable to get covered with. The air-condition worked but didn't supply cold air. The food is awful... I have had cheaper guest houses with better food. The bathroom.... No water stream pressure, no shampoo... Service wasn't good as well. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place....
