Our stay at VIP 40 Apartment in Batumi was absolutely amazing!
The host was more than wonderful he texted us before we arrived, helped us find a free parking space, and kept checking on us while we were driving from Kazbegi.
When we arrived, everything was perfectly ready — the location is great, and the room was beautiful. On the second day, he even surprised us with another room that had an amazing view, without us asking!
We also requested dry cleaning, and he personally washed our clothes and returned them within just two hours, without taking any extra money.
Honestly, everything was perfect — the place, the hospitality, and the host. I’d definitely love to come back again and truly enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommended!

We were ther for 4 nights , excellent service and location and price , breakfast included , and was quite nice , not fancy but quite good, nutritious and healthy, hotel manager , Mr. Mahmoud is very attentive and helpful and kind . I like to thank him for his excellent hospitality. ZI definitely recommend this hotel , best value for its class.

This has been the worst hotel experience we have ever had. There were zero amenities, the room was dirty, and the hotel was extremely noisy. During the night, the electricity went off for an hour, and the elevators were not working, forcing us to wait more than 20 minutes each time, the door lock was broken, so we had to get a screw and fix.

VIP40 Hotel is just amazing and is budget friendly. Breakfast is very good, I stayed for 4 nights and felt like home 🏡. Hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Mohammad is an amazing host and goes beyond to help his guests. The view is just stunning and is a pleasure to stay.

Modern hotel, located on the 40th floor of the Orbit Hotel with a sea view. You can't find it right away, because the address is a corner building, but in fact it's behind it. The rooms match the pictures and description. Clean, beautiful, comfortable. A nuance with the elevators, you can stand there for 10 minutes. There is a place with breakfasts, but we didn't visit. 10 minutes from the sea. 20 minutes to the old city. I recommend.

The hotel is located on the 40th floor of Orbi city A block. It is the most perfect and affordable hotel I have ever stayed in. The cleanliness is great, I could not find a single small thing. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is perfect, there are many options. The view is magnificent. We walked everywhere. A place where you can find solutions to all your questions. If I go again, this is the only place I will stay.
