Unfound Door - Design Hotel in Tbilisi

I spent my last night in Georgia at the Unfound Door Hotel, and it was the perfect way to end my trip. I’m sure many people mention how unique and beautiful the rooms are, but honestly, you have to see it for yourself to truly understand the charm. My room felt like something straight out of a movie scene, with a dreamy and thoughtfully designed atmosphere.

I also have to give a special shoutout to the reception team. They contacted me as soon as I made my reservation, made sure I had everything I needed, and clearly explained all the services they offer, including massage treatments, which I booked and absolutely loved. They helped with my luggage, welcomed me with a lovely treat, and were always just a text away whenever I had a question.

I had dessert at the restaurant that night and breakfast the next morning, and both were absolutely amazing. Exceptional service, stunning design, and a truly memorable stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better last night in Georgia.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Tbilisi with a truly unique atmosphere. If you are staying in Tbilisi, you should book this hotel at least for one night to experience it. The staff is very friendly, always ready to help, and speaks excellent English. The hotel offers a huge and delicious breakfast, and you can also enjoy a great dinner in the evening.

The hotel was wonderful I loved the welcome handwritten letter left for us. Clean, beautifully decorated, trying to preserve the history of the building while making it comfortable and cozy for guests. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and accommodating, even anticipating our needs. Any inquiry was resolved within a few minutes. Everything you need to be comfortable in your stay is provided. Breakfast is very tasty and generous although it can take a little while for it to be ready which can be an inconvenience if you have something planned.

The comfort of the pillows and the bed was exceptional! It truly made for restful nights after exploring the city.

While the hotel isn’t located in the central part of Tbilisi, the surrounding area is full of life, boasting a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of restaurants and a youthful student vibe. It’s a beautiful street to stroll down, and getting to the city center is quick and inexpensive via taxi.

One of our favorite aspects was the breakfast served in their downstairs restaurant. The á la carte menu offered a delightful variety of options that made each morning a treat!

Overall, Unfound Door Hotel is a wonderful choice for travelers looking for comfort and a lively neighborhood experience. We highly recommend it!

We stayed 4 nights at the Unfound Door Hotel and absolutely loved it. The room was sublime: bright, full of natural light, and with a stunning green view over the city.

Breakfast was exceptional, easily the best we had during our 2-week stay in Georgia. But what really stood out was the service, the best we experienced anywhere in the country. Every staff member went above and beyond for us: impeccably polite, genuinely caring, and speaking perfect English (which is rare in Georgia).

One day, they accidentally forgot to clean our room. Not only did they apologize sincerely, but they insisted on compensating us with a free dinner. Since we already had plans, they offered a complimentary massage instead, and it turned out to be the best massage we’ve ever had.

Finally, when we had to leave for a 2 a.m. flight, they even prepared delicious sandwiches for the road.

Honestly, this place is a no-brainer. Perfect service, beautiful rooms, and an overall experience that exceeds all expectations.

This place is a hidden gem with stunning architecture, beautiful decor, amazing food and to top it all off, it has the friendliest and most accommodating staff!! The location is great too, with majority of the attractions at walking distance ! Will definitely be my go to place whenever i go to tbilisi!

When you see the outside, you definitely don’t expect a little heaven inside these walls. The place is stunning, the decor , the coziness, the staff, the breakfast.. everything was just perfect!! The location is great, just in the middle of the city and everything is around you! Will definitely be my place to be whenever i go to tbilisi!

Fantastic design boutique Hotel in the center of Tbilisi. It is not far away from Old Town, building is the historical and was built in 19th century. Beautiful entrance, stylish rooms, fusion of the old and new, beautiful views from rooms, nice breakfast and great service! Highly recommended!

Absolutely stunning. A pleasant surprise. Definitely not your typical hotel experience! From the interiors, to the service - - perfectly executed. From the entryway to the hotel room - every step is a journey, a story worth stepping in to. Mika. Nika, Salome and the whole Unfound Door family is such a breath of fresh air. We will never forget the warmth of this place and will definitely recommend to our friends!
